Had a preventative maintenance service done on my A/C unit. Jamie was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job explaining everything along the way. I would recommend his services based on my experience.

I own a local restaurant in Sherwood, I have had constant problems with the AC in the summer and also with the walk in cooler. I had called multiple HVAC companies and spent 10s of thousands of dollars trying to fix the problem. Then I called Jamie and he came and immediately his professionalism impressed me. He trouble shot all the problems and fixed them. We are halfway through June and have not had to close once because of no AC. Also, he repaired my walk in in a timely manner! I can’t say enough good things about the service and the quality of work! Recommend 10/10

He saved my company a substantial amount of money by diagnosing the issues and walking us through the steps to getting it fixed. This is not the experience we had with some other Heating and Air companies, who only wanted us to replace our existing unit with a brand new one. Our capacitor unexpectedly went out, therefore only blowing warm air. We made several calls to different companies only to be told it would be next day before anyone could come out. Obviously not the answer you want to hear with an interior temp of 80+ and an infant. I called Mr. Whittiker at nearly 7p on a week night and he was able to be at our home in less than an hour and replaced/fixed our problem in about 15 minutes. Very nice gentleman whom I would strongly recommend for all of your HVAC needs!

We call over 20 Business everyone was busy just like you but you promised you would take care of us and you did. Our A/C went out and Mr. Whittiker was able to come out the same day to service it. It has been running great ever since. He was also very helpful when I asked him to provide quotes for a new unit vs. repair existing unit and he took the time to go over the pros and cons of each. My A/C stopped cooling overnight Saturday into Sunday. Mr. Whittiker took the time on Sunday to help me get my A/C back up and running, which was greatly appreciated since it was 100 degrees F and will be for the next few days. I'm so grateful to Mr Whittiker and his assistant. I had water leaking in my hall and bathroom and cupboards and had to turn my air off in 100F summer weather. I called other AC companies who couldn't come for 2 days. A friend recommended Whittiker A/C and Heating, and I called, and he came within 2 hrs even though it is evening and he could have said no. He was very professional and very reasonably priced at $165, he was able to clear the pipe and get my air back on in minutes. I highly recommend Whittiker A/C & Heating.
