We are trying to sell our house and had a leak spring in a couple of our water heater pipes. I called them and asked if they could have someone out as soon as possible and a couple of hours later the issue was fixed!! Bill and Keegan were very pleasant and helpful! Thank you!!

The plumbers arrived on time and quickly assessed our problem. We were told the procedure to get it replaced under our home warranty. The report was promptly sent in. They were very efficient and polite.

A state is absolutely awesome! They’re been out to our home for multiple things and have always been upfront about not only pricing but what we really needed to get our problems fixed. They won’t sell you something you don’t actually need! The guys are super friendly and respectful every time they’ve came. I won’t use any one other than a state for any plumbing issue I ever have! I called this company recently for the very first time for service work. From the very beginning, the office manager/receptionist, Markel, was very courteous and helpful! Additionally, the service technicians, Bill and Trent, exhibited that same level of courtesy and friendliness. They completed the job in a safe and timely manner. I have always been a believer that the quality of service ought to be, at a minimum, equal to or greater than the quality of your product! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work that you might need!

They tried to fix my commode but it has to be replaced

If you want a plumber to be rude to you, ghost you for a week, make an appointment only to NO-SHOW, not finish the job, and then preemptively suspect you of nonpayment, call this guy.

A State Plumbing deleted my previous review so I'm reposting it. They don't want people knowing they do bad business. So here it is again. STAY AWAY find another Plumbing service. My toilet stopped flushing they came out to fix it. I asked the tech while he was here to replace a clearly dry rotted handle. He told me this handle in the picture is fine even though the handle was clearly rotting and about to break. He said if I wanted it fixed I would have to put in another order paying full cost again. He said I'm supposed to specify everything wrong before they come out. How am I supposed to know everything causing the flushing problem I'm not a professional they are. They were very unprofessional and greedy for more money find another plumbing service. I gave them a chance to make it right and they refused.
