Wish I could give no stars l. After one of our ac went out I started hunting for a havc company to repair the unit. I called corbitt the man on the phone told me they could have a tech there by noon the next day. I waited until 2 pm the following day to place a call when the tech hadn’t arrrived on time assuming that the previous job he was on ran over a a bit. The man on the phone assured me that the tech would be on site within the next hour to hour and a half. After that time ran out still no tech. After placing three phone calls and getting three voicemails the man finally picked up the phone assuring me that he could have a guy on site the next morning telling me that the call before me ran over due to the repairs that had to be made. The following morning 8 AM comes around 9 AM rolles around still no tech. I then placed several calls Throughout the day not one phone call was answered I’m assuming my number was being ignored and Ac still not fixed. I wouldn’t waste my time on this place at all call somebody else that actually cares about your business. This company is just a waste of time they do not care about you!
