These guys were great, once they finally got there. I felt like I had known Derek for ever with how we interacted with each other. They cleaned up the most of the mess they created but got in and did the job great.

Tim and Tara did an AWESOME job running a new field line and fixing our inlet to our septic tank. They were fast and very efficient in getting us back up and running. Would highly recommend Tim and Tara to anyone who needs any plumbing work done!

Plumb Crazy might not have the best rep around town, but after the city installed new water meters on Jan. 25 we ended up with a flooded bathroom. We had a very positive experience with Tristan: excellent communication (calling before arriving, explaining what was happening/cost, supplies, everything). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We ended up noticing more leaking afterwards, but got another next-day visit and got everything squared away. Tara also came out, and she was just as professional and courteous- what a great team! Thanks for all your hard work

I used these guys twice when we had waterlines bust, once at work and once at my home. To their credit, the came out quickly and finished the work quickly. But on both of these jobs, they had to return a second time, because the pipes they had repaired came unglued, but they did not charge me for the return visit.

The photo is of the ‘new’ circulating pump they installed. The manufacturer confirmed that it was discontinued in 2009. The plumber left for a part over a week ago and never came back, and the owner isn’t returning calls. I would recommend against paying them anything before the job is done.

You know from the name I thought y'all were just crazy about plumbing but now I can see y'all are just plum crazy on the prices

What a joke, my aunt used them about a month ago...I was at her house...what she got was an obnoxious drunk, yes Will was who was sent he was slurring his words stank of beer and was actually drinking beer from a large cup...he barely tried to fix the problem..no he told us how he is running the business alone because his boss has a bad drug problem..said he pretty much the boss.. because the owner is so high all day that he can't even answer the phone..when he left without fixing a thing I called to complain and he answered the phone, we called another company. This one should be shut down.

We called them on 12/19/2017 for a clogged drain in the kitchen. Five weeks later, the pipe has been replaced, but the plumbers are nowhere to be found to FINISH the job I’d give them zero stars if I could!

On December 5th I hired @Plumb Crazy Plumbing company to install a tankless hot water heater. They said it would not improve the hot water time getting to the furthest sink. They suggested a tank one with a pump that would circulate the water for instant hot water. Ok I said, so they ordered a pump for $500. They put it in but had to go get a part. Never saw them again. So I looked the pump up and got hold of manufacture of the pump. To my surprise the pump was 15 years old and on top of that it was used. Never saw @Plumb Crazy Plumbing again.
So I got a pump from HomeDepot for $235 and connected it myself. Works great and I showed up.

So be ware of the worst plumbing company in this area. You will get screwed by them. Money but no service.
