I have hired them for two seperate jobs. First for the septic and the other to replumb the entire house. I cannot thank them enough for their great work and professionalism. All were polite and kid and pet friendly. Would recommend them to anyone. My house was not an easy job and they found additional issues along the way which I expected. They explained everything to me and were quick to get to work. Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience.

Very knowledgeable, good people. I had a very corroded tub drain that leaked under my house, plus a second pipe that was broken. They fixed all of these and showed me pictures before and after repair. I plan to call them again to fix my sinks and install a new water heater.

We always call Maxeys when we have an issue. Jerry and his workers arrive in a timely manner. He’s friendly and has given helpful advice on multiple occasions. Almost always, this did not benefit him and saved us money. Many businesses won’t often sacrifice money to help out a client. We’ve had poor experiences with a certain local company in the past. Again, they are nice people as well. They did good work but we always ended up with an outrageous bill. At their last visit, they looked at the main problem, and told us they don’t work on that particular brand. (Several plumbers have stated the same so I understand). They only replaced an outside faucet. Less than 30 minutes cost us over $550. We’ve called Maxeys every time since . They acknowledge the importance of great customer service and it outweighs the benefits of bleeding a person dry. That speaks volumes and will keep their phones busy.

Maxey plumbing and Jerry did a great job at a reasonable price.

Payed to have all the pipes replaced and insulated. Never bothered to actually finish the job they got payed to do. Now, only 3 years later, several busted pipes, now all the connector are blowing off.
Save your money, find someone else

Never used them before but as my husband and I were driving down the interstate one of their employees was riding way to closely behind us. We we're traveling at 80 mph. My husband got over and the man driving sped past and then slowed way back down to be even with us. The windows were to darkly tinted for us to see what exactly he was gesturing but I can't imagine it was very nice. He then speed off going at least 100 mph. If you conduct yourself that way in public, especially in a company vehicle, I'm not sure I would trust you in my home...

Terrible shower installation. Tile was broken after install, shower head panel was 1/2 to 3/4 from being flush to long side panel. Shower head had 1 screw in it. You could push the panel and it would move forward. I paid another Plumber to complete the install correctly after your crew high tailed out.
