I am very happy with their service. I called them on Tuesday because I had no hot water and he came Wednesday morning. Installed a new water tank in no time at all. Very nice and professional. I will absolutely call them for any other issues. He even answered questions I had about water filtration and quoted prices if I decided to have it installed. 😊

Ricky was called Thursday night, came out and looked Friday, and showed up bright and early Monday morning to fix our water leak, shower leak, and sink! Within 5 hours, everything was back to working like new! They replaced our sink and vanity, replaced our shower head, and ran new hot water pipe to bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen! Ricky and Jacob did an awesome job!! And they are both such nice, friendly, HONEST men!! I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue you have!! They're fast, affordable, and good at what they do!!

This guy is top notch! Not only does he do fantastic work, he is, by far, the most dependable and can beat the pricing of any other plumbers in the area. I’ve had to call him twice within the last week for jobs that needed immediate attention, both during weekend hours. He was here within 15 minutes each time. Ricky is definitely the guy to call if you live in Cross County!

Impressive!! Been calling a plumber for two days and still haven't seen them i called harris plumbing and received a call back within the hour he came out same day! (As he said he would) he took his time to talk with me and made phone calls and explored all options seemed very knowledgable and reasonable so if you need a plumber don't waste your time and days!!! JUST CALL HIM!!!

Met with Ricky and was told he would get it done in two weeks. It has now been 3 months and he won't answer calls or texts

This plumber was called and he told me that he would start a job for me in the next 2 days, he never showed up. I called him and he replied that he wasn't going to be able to do the work. There are people without gas in their homes. He was just inconsiderate and very poor service.

We hired Harris Plumbing to plumb a detached building. He started the job and asked for a payment. We paid what he asked. He was supposed to return to finish the job after the other buildout was completed. However, he has never returned to finish the job. After many calls to him and him giving dates which he says he is coming to do the work, the job is still unfinished and he doesn't appear to be coming back to finish the work. Therefore, we are left to find another plumber to go behind him and finish the job.
We won't use him again and wouldn't recommend him to others.
