Two very professional plumbers came to my house , show them both where the problems were , the both jumped to it and fixed my issues and I’m a hard man to impress but they did it , had a job to , got on it and repaired everything and gave a verbal what they did and left , they have my business from this day fourth , job well done ! I’d been dealing with a leak for months because I couldn’t get a plumber to call me back in Forrest City. I called them from Wynne and they fit me in the next day. Found the problem in less than 5 minutes and got it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price! I will call them for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

Replaced water heater and faucet , very professional and reasonable. Great work and communication on what was needed and cost.

Good hard working guys .

Well, I had heard good things about them years ago, so I decided to use them. They fixed part of the problem. However, on the bill, it had something on it that I wasn't sure about, so I asked about it. The guy that did the job flat out lied (I know this for a fact because my spouse had been under the building hours before they arrived). So, then, part of the problem was not solved. I called and contacted them 3 more times, and never heard back from anyone.

Started a job, haven't finished it and wont return calls.

I have called them 10 times they will not come out. I have talked to people and they have had the same problem.

Called them to see if they would be interested in a job. Never returned my call.

Had appt. 5 hours and two phone calls later I was told 4 people in front of me. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Called and was told by a lady that they would be out Thursday or Friday or early the next week. Called Tuesday of the next week and was told that I wasn't on the books at all that one of the other lady's must of forgot. That I would be put at the top of the list and would be called by the end of the day. Never received a callback..called Friday of that week and no answer. Very unprofessional..

As with another company, I called on 3 different days, not consecutive, and left message and have not received a call back. Moving on to another plumbing service until I find one that will take the time to call me back.

My elderly parents had a pipe burst in their bathroom wall over 2 months ago. They came out and supposedly fixed it. Guess what, they didn't. When they came back out they said faucets weren't compatible and had to be special ordered. Whenever my mom called they'd tell her the replacement faucets were still on order. Then they made the promise to come back out no later than today. They didn't come out and they didn't call. My parents still can't use their bathroom sink. They are taking advantage of an elderly couple who have already paid. It's disgusting! My next call is to the Better Business Bureau and an attorney!

I called three days ago, they said I was second on the list. They called had an emergency call. I considered mine an emergency since I had no water, because of a busted waterline. Day 2, no call from them. I sent a text and ask if they were coming out. I was told no. I called the office and ask when they would be out she said let me call you back. I never got a return call. Called this morning and asked if they were coming out and she said well two people try to call me yesterday. That was a lie. I never got called. I told her I would call another plumber. That’s pitiful!

We had work done with this company before. We decided to reach out to them again. We have’s anywhere from 7-10 times. The receptionist and the OWNER have lied to us to the point of disbelief. It is unimaginable that a business owner would lie for absolutely no reason at all.

I have my thought but I do not want to turn this into matter of ……
