Albert Air just came out and repair my air conditioning unit. Technician was right on time, and immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed run capacitor which was still under warranty. 30 minutes later that air was working and we were happy. They installed this unit 7 years ago and have serviced it since, and we are extremely happy with the service they have provided.

From the moment they answered the phone, they have been professional and courteous.
Upfront and honest, they never tried to up sell us and made sure we had all the information to make an informed decision. They were prompt so my schedule wasn’t impacted. Knowledgeable; not only about the the units they sold, but also current on all the new regulations-making sure we got a rebate too!
They were fast and clean...I couldn’t even tell they had been in my home after they were gone.
Albert Aire will be the first and last phone call I make for my HVAC needs, and also the only one I’ll recommend.

Albert Air was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Not only are they professional and responsive, but they exceeded rather high expectations with the quality of their work. They were also the most affordable option of the bids I received. I would recommend them to others without any hesitation.

John & Francisco of Albert Air recently installed a new Carrier LoNox gas furnace in our home. The installation was on the Friday prior to Christmas which worked out well as we had guests over Christmas. They were on time, quiet and completed their work within the time that Nick Albert forecasted. Afterward they showed us how to operate the new unit as it was substantially different than the prior 20+ year furnace. They also answered all of our questions courtesously & thoroughly. We had similar quotes from other HVAC firms but our decision to go with Albert Air was based on their professionalism, friends' recommendations, their communication skills, their length of time in business and the Carrier reputation. We would rate them 10 on a 5 scale if we could. They are that good.

This crew is top notch. Nick itemized every detail, expense and installation details. No hidden costs, no add ons, straight up. The work crew were exceptional. Clean, on time, and performed their work in the most professional manner. And they left the site clean, after making sure I was schooled on how to operate the equipment. This company is first class, you will not be disappointed if you hire them.

Our air conditioning went out during the recent heat wave and my pregnant wife and I were miserable. I called Albert Air after getting some ridiculous high estimates from other companies. Nick, from Albert Air, gave me an honest assessment of our heating and cooling system and a reasonable price. We were immeditaly put on the schedule. The team that came over were professional and answered the many questions I had for them. My wife and I are very happy with our new air conditioning system and the service we received from Albert Air.

Our experience with Albert Air was top-notch from start to finish--including the presentation, the proposal, the work of replacing the furnace/air conditioning system, and the clean-up. Nick and his team (Aurelio and Martin) were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and conscientious. Martin, Aurelio, and Nick were professional, thorough, and terrific to work with. They showed up on time, were kind and pleasant to have on the job, cleaned up at the end of each day's work, and found solutions to issues in creative ways that resulted in a better finished product than we had requested. I first used Albert Air in about 2000 II had a small house in Fullerton. I had them put in central heating. Went without a hitch.
In 2008 we moved downtown to a 1920’s home. Albert Air installed central air conditioning and heat. A big industrial unit had to go on top of the house. It scared me, but it didn’t drop on the street. They are pros! Even though it was a difficult layout, they made it work.

Now I am in my last place. The air conditioner broke. Yikes. I knew it was old and I was doing research and pretty sure I needed a new system.
Luckily, John went to work and discovered it was my motor. Water had got through a broken seal. He called a shop he works with and they didn’t have my size motor.
John then told me he had one on the truck that would work. My old unit was 1.8 horsepower. The one on his truck was 1.6.
He thought it should work and asked if I wanted to try it. Yes please!

Conclusion….it works great. I have a 3 month warranty on parts and a year of service.
Albert Air(and John) saved me thousands I didn’t have.

This is a family business and I can tell you the people are great. Call Albert Air first, you will be happy you did.

Owner Nick Albert and his Crew did a Perfect removal and installation of my 3 Ton and 4 Ton AC/Heating systems. The work was completed in two days as promised and the crew clean up everything as required. The price for the premium units was much lower than many other competitors with ac units of less quality. I love my CARRIER AC-FURNACE UNITS.

Awesome Albert Air

Albert Air was referred by friends for good reason, they were great. Nick visited the house and provided all the options for a complete HVAC replacement (our old one failed). We decided to replace two systems with the 2-stage Performance Series. Nick scheduled a two day installation for the following week, they called to remind us and also sent an email with the bio's of the installation crew, complete with pictures. Aurelio and Martin showed up early and were very polite and courteous as they prepared for day one, carpet protectors were placed on the floor and the day started, they finished the 3-ton unit around 3:30 PM it was a very clean install. Day 2 started at 7:15 and they finished the 4-ton unit at 4:30 PM. They balanced the system, placed dampers where needed and gave us some new filters. The old system was installed by the builder and was probably not a pristine install (they used saw cut wood blocks to support the units and pieces of scrap wood for duct separators from the trusses, and no dampers were in the system. Albert Air installed all the proper support equipment, new mounts and it is a nice looking professional job. Better yet is works great (now we have heat). I couldn't be more pleased with the crew. We left them in the house alone to do the work without question as Albert Air has very trustworthy employees. Our friends gave us a wonderful recommendation and I am glad we followed their advice. We will definitely use them again on other properties. Job well done.

Out with the Old - In with the New!!

What do you do when you are 1000 miles away in Colorado and your daughter calls and tell you the AC unit is dead? You call Nick at Albert Air! Nick came to the house Friday to check things out and confirmed we needed a new system (the 20+ year old ac unit had lost all it's juice). By Wednesday we had a new (Carrier, not some branded, no name product) 110,000 BTU single stage heat furnace (58PHY), (Carrier) 5 ton condenser 16+SEER (24APB6), (ADP) 5 ton high efficiency coil (C60A) and a (Honeywell) T4 Pro digital programmable thermostat installed and working all for a lot less than the other bids I received.
Nick was great, no sales pressure upgrade nonsense, no rip off monthly service contracts, just the quality products we needed, installed professionally and for a great price. He even went the extra mile to send me pictures during the install.
Will I use Albert Air again? You bet I will, in fact this is the second time I've used them. They replaced the 40+ year old system at my mom's house a few years ago and it's still running great!

It was a breeze to work with Nick over the phone and online to zero in on a system to replace my 34 yo FAU. It was agreed that a single stage heat pump was perfect for our needs and with solar and excess electricity, we now no longer pay for electricity, gasoline (elec. car) or natural gas for heating. This will accelerate the payback for the solar costs quicker than originally estimated. Nick's crew was able to knock out the job in one long day and still do it with professional quality. Albert Air is a courteous, friendly, local business with expert skills in locating problems, and planning reasonable solutions. All work was done well, and within the estimated time for the project. They were clean and efficient. They approached my duct repair with the kind of ease and competence you can expect from an experienced, responsible team of contractors.

I did a spreadsheet of 6 companies. Nick Albert was the best price for the Carrier HVAC equipment. But, most importantly, his company did a superb installation and follow through. The City inspector even noted the great job. Thanks for making the process easy.

Albert Air just added AC and replaced a furnace at my home, they did an excellent job.

Took two half days to install and everything works great.

Nick stayed to answer questions and demo the new system, including how to use the Nest thermostat.

The team at Albert Air did a fantastic job! I had used their services before to clean the coil within my old AC system and decided to return to them when a competitor quoted me a ridiculous price for an easy service (TXV replacement) after our AC stopped working. The Albert Air technician (John) arrived on time for the initial consult and confirmed that the quoted price was indeed astronomical and wasn't even going to solve our problem which was diagnosed as a leak within our antiquated R22 system which had lost nearly all of its refrigerant.

After brainstorming with John we were referred to the VP of the company (Nick) for an engineering assessment and ultimate upgrade of our system components to the newer refrigerant R410; I agreed this was the best solution since R22 will be phased out January 1, 2019. Nick took the time to listen to our concerns regarding air flow within our two story home and provided us fair pricing on upgraded components and improvements to the ducting within our home.

The team arrived punctual and ready to work over the course of the two days it took to install our new evaporator coil and condenser units. Our installers (Martin and Aurelio) were very diligent in making sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. They were very ingenious in developing solutions that provided improved ducting to the second story of our home with virtually no impacts. These guys are phenomenal. I am so pleased with the care they took in developing solutions that work well.

I can't say enough how pleased I am to have upgraded our system and that I chose to do business with Albert Air - My local AC Professionals. You guys did a GREAT JOB and I can't wait to refer you to all of my neighbors and local family for their HVAC needs.

We are a repeat customer of Albert Air Inc. We had three rooms that needed a/c and heating put in. We chose to use the zone ductless systems. Their installers took 2 days to put them in. AND they left the areas cleaner than when they began the work. Thank you, again Albert Air, for your great work!

We recently had our heating, a/c and under-floor ducting replaced by Albert Air, Inc., of Fullerton.
Our old system had not worked well for many years and we were very concerned that we would spend a lot of money and end up having a brand new system that still didn’t work well for our home.

Nick Albert came out and inspected our home’s heating & a/c and explained all the possible options. John evaluated the under floor ducting and air flow possibilities. They were both great in explaining to us exactly what could be done to improve the heating and cooling of our home.
Once we decided to proceed, their crew: Aurelio, Martin and Miguel arrived as scheduled with John and Nick to start on the tear out and removal of all the old equipment and begin the installation. These men were neat, organized and thorough and during the 3-4 days of work were always polite, friendly, careful and willing to answer our many questions regarding just what they were doing, how things worked, etc. They also identified several deficiencies in our old system and corrected these issues in order to ensure a properly working system. They took great care of our home and left a clean work area each day.

Nick came by several times a day to check progress and update us and when the job was done showed us how to operate the new system.

As soon as the new system was turned on we knew we had made the right choice. The end result is a system that is blowing more heated air in places in our house that have not been serviced in years! And it’s doing it quickly and quietly. What a joy! We’re not ready to try the air conditioning yet but we are confident that it will be perfect, too.

Albert Air recently installed my Carrier Infinity variable speed heating and air conditioning system. I did my research prior to calling factory authorize dealers. But Nick was able to provide solutions and recommendations suitable to my needs. The Albert Air crew Gilbert, Luis and Hao was polite and respectful. They came on time and stayed late to ensure that the system is up and running. Nick made sure that I understand how to operate my new system. Everything is working well.
