I've been using Haven at my home for about 6 years now. I recommend them to all of my friends. I stumbled across Haven as a referral when we were having issues with a mini split system. Andres was the 3rd contractor we used for our mini split. He was the only person who could actually find and fix the issue with that system. Fast forward to today. The main AC equipment for our home sprung a refrigerant leak. Andreas helped us understand our options between repairing our current system at its age, the new federal laws that took effect Jan 1 in regards to refrigerant and equipment, the duct layout of our 2 story home, and the efficiency gains we could achieve for heating and cooling our home with more modern equipment without completely re-ducting our entire house. We made an expensive choice with Andres, but we're confident it was a good choice given the options and our specific situation in our home. The Haven installers for our new equipment were great (shout out to Hector and Bryan)! Their end product looked very clean and professionally done. They were polite and entertained all of my annoying questions during the day during the install. Also I want to shout out to Sean who's been our main service guy from Haven for the last couple of years. I would highly recommend the Haven team to anyone.

We recently installed a brand new comfort system in our home through Haven after 5 years of not having AC. We’ve done a ton of remodeling and contractor work in our home over the years and Haven was probably the friendliest and most professional team of people we’ve ever worked with, no cap. From the initial contact with the office staff all the way through the installation technicians, they were truly the best. I wish they did more than just AC work…I would call them over to help me with everything in my house lol

My experience with Haven Air Conditioning was awesome! Sean was very thorough with troubleshooting our system. He explained everything with detail and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company for all your A/C needs.

We had Haven come out to inspect our AC after the original company who installed it was bought out. Jake Juarez was our tech. He was on time, very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. I was very pleased with everyone at Haven AC beginning with my first call to the office. Within a couple hours Sean came to evaluate my problem. Sean clearly explained what needed to be done to repair my 30 year old system and the cost. I decided to replace my system. Removing all the old ductwork, installing/replacing vents, moving the ac unit and installing the new system began promptly the next morning and completed the following day. Hector, Ryan, Monty, Enrique and Mike were polite, kind, answered my questions and worked very hard. They left everything neat and clean! I highly recommend Haven AC!

We always have a great experience with Andreas and all his employees. Andreas is brilliant in the way he addresses problems and communicates solutions. This will be our 3rd full HVAC system replacement with Haven and Mighty Ducts. We have full confidence in Andreas, Marie and their team.

Ike was great today with his QC check. Very detailed and persistent to fine tune air flow. Demonstrating stage 1/ Stage 2 was very helpful.

Haven Air Conditioning was at my house for a full system check out and maintenance. Received a notification that Sean was on his way, which was great because that gave me time to clear the areas for easy access. He showed up right on time. He went over what he was going to do and he got to working. He took before and after pictures and he called me to show me what he had done and what he had found. He was great at explaining how the system works and the role of each component that may need to be replaced. We went over different options and he gave me his recommendations. Sean is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I definitely feel like I got way more than what I paid for. Very happy with the service.

The install team and contact all throughout were amazing! The system was up and running in no time and with the swift follow-up to confirm it’s working properly, we have no worries! Love the full system.

Jacob came out for the complimentary new owner AC tune-up and cleaning, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, courteous, and walked me through everything he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure the system was in great shape. I was so impressed with the service that I even signed up for the Haven Club on the spot. Cody came to fix my poorly installed new HVAC unit by another company. He immediately diagnosed the problems and then some! I feel their prices are very fair as well and they don’t rush the job. Cody took his time to check, double and triple check everything ! I feel so relieved to have such a professional for a change and not get ripped off like most companies. He’s probably the most experienced I’ve met yet AND he’s so professional and polite. I can’t speak highly enough about him and Danna was also a pleasure to speak with too. I highly recommend this company and will always use them going forward!

Haven always does a great job. When they helped me relocate a hummingbird nest that was within the blast of our new air unit, I knew I would never use another company. We've now used them at multiple houses and have never been disappointed. They are always very responsive and professional. Today was just an annual tune up, and as usual, we were very satisfied. Jake was friendly, communicated well about his arrival time and even did extra service that we requested on the spot. Job WELL DONE!!

He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, while adding his professional recommendations for our unit. We will be working with Haven Air in the next step of taking care of our AC unit. Absolutely satisfied. Sean was at my house almost before I hung up the phone, and immediately was testing and diagnosing the problem. Not only was he thorough and knowledgeable, he was also a genuinely nice guy. He methodically talked me through the issues, and didn't try to squeeze me for more money.
I can honestly say I will never call another HVAC company, these guys have my business for life.

I needed help getting an air return vent reinstalled after it fell from my ceiling. Sean came out and was very professional and courteous. He made the necessary repairs and was able to get my return air vent reinstalled safely. It was a pleasure working with Haven Air Conditioning. I would definitely recommend them for any Heating And Air-Conditioning services you need.

Our AC went out last night. Having looked for companies with high ratings, I chose and called Haven this morning. Jake came out to evaluate our system and was every bit as good as every review I’d read—-professional, knowledgeable and thorough! Explained everything in detail and, while our system is fixable we determined it was time to replace vs repair. So, even though no work was done, I would highly recommend him/the company for getting work done! Thank you, Jake

Very happy with my new HVAC system! My furnace and a/c were not working and I decided to Yelp for 5 star companies and came across Haven. Andreas came and explained all the different options for both units which included a heat pump. Long story short I chose Haven and extremely happy with everything. My furnace works great and I will be testing the new a/c soon as the weather is warming up. Ike came today to do a quality inspection and tweaked a few things. Do not hesitate to call, I've already referred coworkers and they also chose to have Haven do their new HVAC system. They have excellent 5 star customer service too.
