These folks are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a fair and honest HVAC company then you don't have to look any further. I called during peak season to get my AC unit looked at and they squeezed me in the same day!!

The service engineer got up to the rooftop and popped open the unit and found the simple issue (a piece that triggered the AC fan on/off was stuck). Popped out back in and tested the unit a few times to make did it worked and put the cover back on. Didn't charge me a dime other than the service call fee.

Chris has come twice to service the HVAC in our new home, and both times he was very friendly and professional. This time he spent over an hour checking both the central AC and the mini-split in the ADU. I got the impression that he is knowledgeable and straight-forward. I definitely trust him and his recommendations for which components should be replaced and when. It was also helpful that he reminded me to do the summer tune-up without being pushy. I can easily recommend Trinity!

Quick & easy fix with Trinity Heating & AC's help! I called them on a Saturday with a problem that we were having with our HVAC, & instead of having us book an appointment on the following Tuesday, we were able to troubleshoot over the phone same day. To start, our 40 year old HVAC system randomly shut down on us in the hottest day in August. Being that the system was so old, all the HVAC contractors we talked to did not care to do any repair and pushed us to replace, even if we understood that it was going to be a temporary fix. James was only person who came in and reassured us that yes, he would able to do a repair with the understanding that the unit will need to be eventually replaced. He worked diligently to repair and even cleaned the unit for us, something that none of the other HVAC companies even offered. In terms of pricing, they were the absolute best in offering the most competitive pricing for both a repair and whole unit replacement. I will definitely be recommending them to my OC friends and family.

The folks at Trinity were friendly, professional, and transparent. I really liked how they were able to work around my schedule. They called and let me know they were on the way before the service which was great. Chris was so courteous to wear boot sole covers when entering my home.
