Brian has always treated me fairly. I've never seen him leave a customer unsatisfied.

Brian was very helpful in answering all my questions and he also explained the problems and issues. He is punctual and makes sure to attend to a call as soon as he is able too. I will highly recommend Watson Heating & Air Conditioning. Thanks Brian for making sure we stayed cool in this heat!

Watson really got me out of a jam. I had attempted to switch a regular thermostat with a Nest. In the process, I lost power to the thermostat and lost cooling for the house.

So, I called at 6:45pm (on a Friday)and got right through to a technician. By 8pm I had Sam at my house. He was polite, fast and efficient. He communicated throughout the process and made sure to fix the problem and to get my Nest fully up and running.

Super happy and have a cool house tonight due to Watson.
