Easterday Building Maintenance has exceeded my expectations. I have had a flood on one occasion and a break in that required my front door to be boarded up securely until I could get the glass replaced. They were prompt and took care of everything.

Easterday has been servicing my property including cleaning, trash
enclosures, plumbing, electrical and preparing vacancies to lease and anything needed for over 15 years. They always do a great job and have no complaints.

I have previously struggled with multiple companies and their performance and response time and I am so glad to have found Easterday Building Maintenance. They not only exceed my company's performance expectations but they go above and beyond for all our building needs. The good customer service is also a plus.

Great company! I recommend hiring Easterday for all your janitorial needs. They have excellent customer service and our account rep Gilbert Anzaldua is the best. He is always helpful and responds immediately to all our requests. They provide a wide range of services and the cleaning is top notch.

Nasty uncleanliness around the base of the toilet left for 3 months is considered by this company as merely “perceived” shortcoming in their service! They maintain that the janitor was schedule and performed her duties and that we could have cancelled if we felt they weren’t upholding their agreement. How about you do the job and not make us want to cancel??
