I had my toilet replaced by Splash Plumbing. The day they came to see what was wrong, they didn't waste time and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, saving me money on the process. Then, Deandre was the one changing the toilet for me. He was on time, and was very professional. He was efficient and took care of everything. No debris left behind, no packaging, not a trace of him being in my bathroom.

Miguel arrived on time and was efficient during our discussion about the work. He thoroughly explained his completed work, the charged price, and we discussed a short to-do list in the future. He took the time to photograph the areas and indicated that quotes would be sent. Splash Plumbing stands out for its detailed approach, making it my preferred plumbing company.

Bryan was very professional. As soon as he identified the location of water leaks, he quickly removed the old PEX pipe and installed the new one. His service was prompt, excellent and flawless. I also had conversations with Chris, Juan, and Eric in the office. They were very kind, and guided me thoroughly about the next steps I can take regarding claims. I highly recommend Splash Plumbing for any jobs related to PEX pipes.

Bryan also installed a new Flood Stopping system for our washing machine after removing the old one. He came with Alex, and they were very professional. Their work was prompt, excellent and flawless. I also had conversations with Marisol, Christian, and Kristi in the dispatch office. They were very kind, and tried to help me. I strongly recommend Splash for any jobs related to plumbing.

Brian Romero came out today to address a tub that wasn't draining. We have had a lot of sewer back ups in this area due to the trees and I was prepared for the worst. Brian was on time and got right to work. After a few minutes of assessing the issue he gave me an update and came up a with a different plan to address the problem. In the end it took Brian about an hour to resolve the issue and by changing the plan he was able to save me over $100 on the service call. Happy to pay Brian for his experience and know he'll do a great job when he arrives. Thanks Brian!

We had an urgent plumbing crisis at one of the shopping centers we have under management in Rancho Santa Margarita, and the team from Splash Plumbing, specifically Juan, Miguel, and Jose, responded with incredible speed and efficiency. They arrived within an hour of my call and worked diligently into the evening, ensuring that the severe sewer blockage was resolved. Their hard work and expertise allowed our retail tenants to reopen the next day without any further issues. I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service and dedication. Tomas was our technician, he was thorough and helpful during his investigation today. We needed someone to come out and investigate what was broken with my mom's outside water valve, he came earlier than expected and finished quickly.

I called Splash plumbing to replace 2 of the toilets in my condo. Jose was my technician and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He did an awesome job and made sure that everything was in good working order. Even though he was efficient, he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Jose also did a great job cleaning up after he was done, which I sincerely appreciated. Jose had me check everything before I paid for the service, and he pointed out some of the things I should keep an eye on over the next few days just in case. He said to call if I needed anything else. I would definitely use Splash plumbing again in the future, they provided a great service and were highly responsive.

Splash was recommended by my HOA and they were great, we are in Irvine.

They were early, provided good communication and billed me for 15min increments. Francisco was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided good information and advice while he was here.

Hard to know who to trust these days but you can trust Splash Plumbing in my view...will be using them again in the future.

Had Splash come out again for a clogged kitchen sink…been living in my condo 15yrs and never had any problems until the buildup finally got the best of us. Jeff and his brother Dylan came out on a Sat, they were easy going, patient and fixed the issue after a few tries with the snake!

Shower wouldn’t shut off. Called and the plumber came within the hour. Job was done an hour after that. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Loved their fast quick and prompt response! They sent over a technician the same day and was very professional! It was raining hard yesterday and they still sent someone out and was very communicative of their ETA and was able to provide their services that we needed in a very attentive manner. They came during their estimated arrival time given and the technician was very good at his job! Couldn't recommend a better service than Splash Plumbing! Josh did a fantastic job at my home. He installed two toilets and one faucet. He realized second faucet holes were not drilled correctly and talk to the project manager on the phone to discuss the issue. He took the time to answer my questions and explained what was going on.

Joe arrived right on time. Diagnosed the problem and provided information and a clear understanding of the repairs needed. He was professional and hard working. The office provided a cost breakdown. After approval the following day Joe arrived on schedule and quickly got to work. Within a couple hours the job was complete. I would recommend this company.

We recently had an after-hours service performed by Splash Plumbing, which we were all already dreading because instead of getting to go home on time and be with our families, we had to stay late. With that said, Samuel, our service technician was absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful, thorough, responsive, and time-sensitive, making the long day feel a bit more bearable and a lot less painful. :)

I had a clogged sink and Splash team came the very day I requested for visit/fix. Jonathan came up to our door and was amazing with this workmanship. The condo is very warm during the summer, so even with the AC on, Jonathan was sweating crazy. But the fix was quick and smooth. And we have a good and sound sink. Thank you!
