What a pleasant company to work with!!!!!

Rosi is absolutely amazing! She has taken care of our home for all our electrical needs for 5 years. Even our cane, Corso has gotten used to her and not one bark from her when Rosi is here. She fixed our house lights today as we had a broken wire and I’m so appreciative to have the lights back! Another thing is, she’s very trustworthy. I can take my dog and leave for a walk , my door unlocked and open windows open and when I get back, I feel safe and secure to have her in my home knowing she’s trustworthy. Thank you Rosi!

After a major snow storm and days of power outage, our generator needed service. They were very responsive and friendly. Brian, the service tech was very friendly courteous and efficient. We will keep using them!!!

I have used Pioneer electric for all my electrical needs at my job for 2 years. They have fixed the basics, installed fans, ran new conduit and so on! They are always polite, prompt and know what they are doing. I would recommend them 100 percent

They do above and beyond work. Very professional on time. If anything else needs to be addressed they will let you know then let you know the estimate so there's no surprise at the end of your bill. I feel confident in using their services and will continue to call them if anything else needs help in my home.

Pioneer was amazing to work with!! They accommodated me super quickly when it came to scheduling, and on the day of the appointment the guys were exactly on time and were super easy to work with. After getting going on my light fixture I decided that I wanted to actually move the entire fixture up 2 feet on my ceiling and the guys were insanely accommodating to my admittedly annoying request haha. Really awesome & professional business and can't wait to work with them again!! Super highly recommend!

Pioneer Electric is run by the friendliest and most competent guy around! Troy is very meticulous, he knows his trade very well and it shows in the quality of his work. Hands down the best service in the area. My experience was very professional and concise. The owner personally came out to my house to assess storm damage and was very clear on repairs need to make my house safe. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Pioneer electric for your amazing services!

Very rude on the phone

Very rude on the phone! I asked to get some ceiling fans put in in my house and the old lady kept saying, "We don't do third parties. We don't do third parties". I tried to explain to her that I was the home owner. She then said to take them off of my calling list and hung up on me.
What a freak!
Anyone else have a recommendation? I just need a residential electrician.

Called Pioneer and had an electrician and his apprentice out the next week. Explained to the electrician the problems with tripping breakers and told him we’d like to upgrade our exterior panel and we’d like him to fix anything from the interior subpanel if he came across anything out of code. We were prepared to have a blank check ready as we just wanted the house to be safe and useable. Electrician was great and knew the EXACT scope of work I was requesting and knew there was no problem getting it done. Fast forward to Tracy (the office manager) sending us a quote that was missing some key scope of work items the electrician and I discussed. Because of her lack of knowledge as she’s not an electrician, she didn’t understand that all we wanted was for an electrician to basically do for our house what they would want done for theirs. Money was no object as I’d like to not burn my house down. She then told us that they wouldn’t be taking on the job and when I called to ask her why, she was SO rude, and eventually hung up on me. She said I couldn’t leave a review because they didn’t perform work which is an absolute scam. They even gave us “complimentary” service call thinking I didn’t have a right to leave a review. Tracy is the one that’s going to run this business into the ground. Will, the electrician was fantastic.
