These guys are courteous, respectful and responsive. Got my yard cleaned up in 2 days and they started the same day they gave me an estimate. I posted in order, 7 AFTER photos first and 7 BEFORE so you can see the difference in my landscape. Glad I was able to get this remedied fast and not have to do it myself lol. Thank you D&L🌷

Today, D&L cut down a moderately sized pine tree on my property in Lake Riverside Estates. I selected them based on Google reviews and on their bid for the project, which was quite a bit lower than that from a service I've used before. Domingo and Lucia arrived with a minimum of equipment: climbing gear, saws, and a chipper. They were the only crew: no helpers. These things certainly helped explain why their bid was so reasonable. Domingo did the climbing and cutting, while Lucia managed the fall and fed the chipper. Very efficient. I noted the care they took to protect themselves: Domingo very carefully placed his safety belts, feet and spikes, and cutting locations and angles, while Lucia showed great respect to the dangerous chipper. As a homeowner, that greatly reduced my fear that they might get injured on my property. They completed the project exactly as we agreed, cleaned up well, and left me satisfied. Their 24 years of experience was very evident.

I needed some help trimming a small cluster of oak trees and chipping up the chaparral branches I had already taken down myself - and I was so happy I called D&L! By the time I called, I had huge piles of branches in my yard, and I was worried it would be hard to find someone to come out to Anza for something like this. They came and gave me an estimate the morning after I called and returned the following day to do the work. They were quick and efficient! My yard looks a lot better now, and I loved meeting Domingo and Lucia! They are super friendly and reliable. I will definitely be calling them again for more yard projects.

Avoid Domingo and D&L Tree Service and Landscaping.

Domingo pulled a bait-and-switch scam on me twice, and is now harassing me for a third. Both times, he agreed to a price, then showed up and demanded more money before starting the job. His written agreement clearly said "removing weeds and haul away," but he never hauled anything away, HE NEVER EVEN BROUGHT A TRAILER! There are piles of mulch and weeds still on my property, and now he wants more money to finally complete the work.

It was obvious he planned to upsell and charge extra after arriving. This is not an honest way to do business.

There’s a reason why Domingo and D&L are not recommended by Yelp and why Yelp doesn’t back their work. You’re better off hiring a company with verified reviews and a real reputation.

I highly do not recommend. Plenty of better, trustworthy landscaping services out there.
