We've had multiple companies come and look at our A/C unit and always got a different answer from all of them. Bobby was very thorough and found the problem which is going to save alot of money from now on. I highly recommend him.

When we asked victory to give us an estimate, we had an idea of what the experience would be like and it was not pretty. Then Bob arrived at the door with ladder and notepad in hand, and no binder or case. Bob was not pushy and listened to our needs and we gave him the job above others who were pushy. Thanks Bob

On one of the coldest days, our 27 year old heater was not functioning correctly. I called Victory Heating (since they handle my annual heating and air maintenence) and was told it would be repaired the next day. The repairman arrived as scheduled and had the heater repaired in a few hours. Service is always prompt and provided in a professional and caring manner.

Bob is very nogible and knows his stuff for sure highly recommended victory heating and Air!

Victory Htg & Air has taken care of my annual maintenance on my Htg & A/C unit since I bought my home in Jess Ranch. I recommended them to two neighbors, who like myself have been very pleased with their work. They are courteous, dependable and charges are reasonable. Most importantly, I trust them. Great staff.

These Guys Are Amazing!! The owner truly cares and the employees will not stop working until everything meets your standards and you are happy!! Also did mention how curious they are!! These are the only heating and air company my family will ever use!! You will not go wrong with them!!

This is a long comment, but I'm so impressed with this company. I'm giving a 5 stars+ rating. They'll definately be recommended and also get a call back from me. Ethical, patient, knowledgeable, customer friendly and reasonably priced. This was a last minute call that had taken place (prior holiday weekend) and they provided me with an appointment in between others appts for the next day. My insurance provided referral, and the equipment contractor couldn't set me anything until the following week. I made a next day appointment with Victory. Next, day I got a call to get the work started but had insurance and installer warranty concerns. I checked to see if the insurance company will contract with Victory and they didnt. But, afterward okayed it due to the urgent need and the referred company couldn't provide until the following week. I also checked with the installer, because this may be faulty work. The contractor didn't want anyone to tamper with it until they could; but they wouldnt be out until 1 week later?! I have kids and its been near triple digit hot! The Victory employee who was there for the work was so kind and patient. I discussed the problem...he listened to me, was very understanding; not rude or impatient at all. He made contact with the insurance company with regard's to their expectations. During this, I had a lot going on with calls and other issues, and still this person was ever so patient so that he could discuss the completed work to me. My home was back cool again and I am glad to make this comment that I found Victory Heating & Air.

After the HVAC engineer we had used for eight years, we tried a few local companies before finding Victor Heating and Air about 2 years ago. We are property managers for about twenty properties and have a lot of heater and AC and swamp coolers. Victor is reliable, reasonable priced, has never had to be called back because he does excellent work and is a nice guy on top of that.

I’m glad my service man was a trouble shooter and not a parts replacer. He found a plugged tube and cleared it and solved my problem. Charge me for a service call.

Very accommodating and friendly. Brandon was very honest. Did not try to sell me something i didn't need. They are now my go-to A/C technicians.

MY AC WENT OUT ON A SATURDAY 2:00PM. CALLED THEY CAME OUT IN 30 MINUTES. GOT IT FIXED !! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! GREAT PEOPLE !!!!

Bob and his crew are the best I’ve ever seen .
They all go the extra mile to do the job right.
They work as though they are working on their own home. No short cuts or Mickey Mouse work done. All their work is conscientious with their best efforts. They are neat, clean, don’t leave until job is done to your satisfaction.
They are all overly polite, and will do whatever it takes to the best job possible. I actually would give them 10 stars if possible.

Victory Heating an Air was able to fit my job into an already busy schedule. My only contact was over the phone, and they coordinated the repair with my renters at the location. The billing was conveniently sent through e-mail, and payment was made online. The billing came with a thorough explanation, and they were able to correct an error that was made during the initial installation 5 years prior. Victory Heating and Air will be my go to company for HVAC maintenance on my properties.

Used this Company on our new ADU that was 1515 sqft. Bob, owner, also installed solar to our home. An issue came up with the solar about 18 months later where a few panels stopped producing. Received a quick response. He assessed the problem and had it corrected in a short time frame. I was very pleased with his aggressiveness in not just finding the problem but also correcting it. My solar system did require some kind of micro/inverter replacements. All covered under warranty. Victory's response and repair was equal to using a large company offering the same services. I am very pleased with the service I received from Victory Heating & Air today. Janice and tech Danny deserve raises for exceeding my expectations and making the entire experience a pleasant one. The repair cost was reasonable and lower than other quotes I recieved. I now know why they have so many positive reviews on multiple websites. I highly recommend them for any HVAC repairs.
