Hutch was very kind, showed in advance what he would be doing to fix my leak. Offered to help me move furniture, friendly to my kids and dog. Would use Red Rocket plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to install a three stage filter system. Hutch and his coworker (forgot his name), arrived closer to the beginning of the two hour window they scheduled. The price was reasonable, so I asked when they can come back to do the job. Hutch responded that they can do it now or schedule it later. I told him he can start now. Hutch and his co-worker was very friendly and competed the job in a timely manner. I recommend RED ROCKET for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Hutch and crew.

They were on time for the job and got right down to work. They did a great job and I would highly recommend hiring them for all your plumbing and gas needs. I will hire them again as I need them!!!! Hutch and Zeke were absolutely great! Hutch and Zeke came again today and fixed the plumbing under my kitchen sink. Replaced all the pipes and drains and it works great. These guys are definitely the best!!!

Red Rocket Plumbing has been a pleasure to have at our home. They showed up in a timely manner and handled our plumbing emergency quickly. Jeremy and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable. We had a water heater that was not in good shape and caused a leak at the bottom of the tank causing a flood in our home. Red Rocket was able to show us where our emergency water shut off was and was able to shut the water to our home before it caused more damage to our property. They managed to remove existing water heater that was enormous and get us a replacement within less than an hour! They made sure to check our home water pressure and found that pressure was the main cause of our problem. I had them replace my pressure regulator because the old one did not operate properly and I had them install a new emergency shut offs so I can safely turn off water to my home in the future. Overall I’m very pleased with their service, I highly recommend them to anyone that has plumbing issues. They were very informative and guided me through the process as well as restoration that was very much needed. I had Jeremy with Red Rocket plumbing out 2 months ago to replace a water heater. The service and experience were amazing. Today I had a leaking hose bib, Hutch fixed it and he was wonderful to deal with. I’ll keep calling Red Rocket when I have any plumbing issues.

Hutch and Zekiel were professional and got the job done quick. They both explained everything , and answered all my questions. I had a water heater go out and they came same day to check it out and all the craziness that was going on. Despite that they still worked efficiently

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time, not to mention their service as well. They had great communication. Very professional work and Fair pricing. I will definitely be using them again. I had 3 different plumbers come and all of them told me that they had to break concrete and replace my P trap and charge a thousand dollars. Red Rocket snaked it and flushed out my plumbing to make sure it was clear for a much lower price. Thanks Hutch!!

I had a plumbing emergency last night and Red Rocket Plumbing was there within 10 min to help me deal with it. Hutch was super nice and so knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem quickly. This is the 2nd time I've needed them. I highly recommend Red Rocket!!!

Patrick was dispatched to my home to address a leaking kitchen sink/garbage disposal. I was very concerned about allowing a plumber from a company i hadn't worked with into my home, but Pat made me feel at ease immediately and addressed my leaking sink quickly and effeciently and while he did offer some ideas for upgrades and other repairs, he did not try and push me into making additional purchases but did help me understand how the plumbing works and why I may want to keep an eye on some issues just in case. Will definitely use Red Rocket again!

Contacted Red Rocket plumbing again because of the service I had before this time for a leak in my closet . They had to do pipe replacement as well as drywall repair. Hutch and his assistant Zeek were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and left the area spotless.It’s obvious they care about great customer service.

They arrive when expected. We received a text prior to arrival. Our plumbers name is Hutch. He was courteous and knowledgeable about our situation. He went above and beyond to get us back up to working order. He let us know through out the repair what was going on and time frames. We were beyond pleased with how we were treated and the work that was done.

Hutch and Zeek came out and solved the plumbing problem and installed new faucets.. the results were amazing. The customer service was impeccable- highly recommend. Let’s Goooo!!

Called Red Rocket Plumbing to have our washer valve box replaced after getting a bit of the run around from another local Barstow plumbing company. Every second of my experience with this crew was awesome. Jasmine in the office was able to get us scheduled less than 24 hours after my call and made sure the guys would be prepared with what they needed to get the job done the same day they came out to give me an estimate. Hutch and Zeke were awesome- literally the friendliest- and explained clearly what they were going to need to do, gave me a fair estimate and got the job done quickly. They even hooked up our brand new washer and dryer before they left at no extra charge. Super impressed with this company and their team and will 100% be using them again for future plumbing issues!

We had a plumber named Hutch come out to our house yesterday to fix our toilet and he was so friendly and explained everything before starting any work. He did a great job and was able to get our toilet fixed pretty quickly. He also answered all my questions and was very respectful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

All I can say is WOW! From beginning to end our experience with Red Rocket was amazing. We had a huge leak in our front yard and the team came out the same day I called. They stayed until 11pm to make sure everything got done!! They cleaned up everything so well you can't even tell that our yard was dug up. We really appreciate them going the extra mile for us. Highly recommend!!
