Carlos provided an estimate and did the service right then and there. Super helpful and he also worked fast. I'd definitely hire again for future plumbing needs.

We had a main line back up on a Sunday (of course), I immediately called Western Rooter whom I had used in the past for hydrojetting and plumbing. I was happily surprised a person answered and got me set up with an appointment. Josh showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and had things flowing right away. He cleared all the roots in the line so we should be good for another year. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Western Rooter!

I had a broken sump pump and two clogged shower drains.
I spoke to a live wonderful lady. Scheduled me in good time.
The guys were prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained all they were doing, no surprises.
I felt prices were very reasonable. No sales pressure when they found a problem with my shower handle, but able to fix then, didn't have to reschedule for that. I will use them again when my VERY OLD house needs a plumber again. They are great!

Western Rooter provided excellent service when I had a sewer line breakage that occurred around 9 pm. They responded within 1 hr and did a professional job. Elias and Art were easy to work with. They were professional and friendly.

Our experience with Western Rooter & Plumbing was very positive. They replaced our main line and throughout the whole very extensive repair process (permits, digging, asphalt—oh, my!) they were tidy, professional, friendly and patient with any questions we had. Western Rooter arrived on time. Once Justin, the crew chief, understood my problem he proceeded to outline the steps needed to clear out the clog in the sewer line. As work progressed I was kept informed by Justin showing me what their sewer camera found. Also the quality of the components needed to reconnect the sewer line was shown to me.
When they were finished, the clog was gone, a two way access to the sewer was installed and the surrounding ground was looking better than before. Their attention to detail, the work itself and the cleanup was better than expected.

Western Rooter recently repaired, and in some portions replaced, the aging sewer line from my house to the street. As I have come to expect from Western, the crew was efficient and very pleasant to interact with. All questions were answered in great detail and I had utmost confidence in their ability to accomplish a first rate repair. The crew worked late into the night until the job was complete, including a thorough tidy-up of the site. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I am a new customer and fan of Western Rooter. Pablo was wonderful. He looked at the problem on Saturday and advised me to wait until Monday since it wasn't an emergency (as I'd imagined.) He came as promised on Monday and fixed faucet and garbage disposal and gave me a good price. I'm absolutely calling Western Rooter again for my plumbing needs.
PS They are available on the weekends, which is always when this stuff happens.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Western R&P. I had an emergency plumbing issue that resulted in an entire new toilet needing to be installed and they sent over Walter B. who came by and accurately and efficiently assessed the situation. He calmly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as the next steps to get the repair underway, all while setting my mind at ease in the process. Western R&P couldn't have sent over a more capable, professional, and competent employee than Walter. Before I knew it, I had a brand new working toilet that not only works, but makes my entire bathroom look great due to the absolutely perfect job that Walter did installing the toilet. My mind was literally blown when I saw the finished product of Walter's superb skills. And he did it in a matter of hours that seemed to just blink by. Walter isn't just a plumber, the dude is a freaking hero. My girlfriend and I live in a one bathroom apartment and we needed that repair ASAP. And thanks to Walter and Western R&P, the day was saved in no time for a modest price for such quality work and done as efficiently as possible. The call I made to Western R&P was the first call I made and it ended up being the ONLY call I needed to make. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of them. I couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of the help I received from Western Rooter & Plumbing.

We had a plumbing issue late at night and called them around 7pm, Christian and Derrick arrived around 8pm and discovered the problem quickly. They gave us a very clear and understandable explanation of the issue. Christian returned with the parts the very next morning and installed it promptly. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional, even during the late and early hours.

Vinny Hernandez and his crew are awesome. Also CJ‘s recommendation to use Mauricio to perform our Block & Tile repair was on point. I would highly recommend Western to everyone.

Today, we had the sump pump in our backyard serviced by Alberto from Western Rooter. He was incredibly responsible throughout the troubleshooting process. He climbed down into the pit multiple times, standing in muddy water to carefully inspect the issue.

Alberto was proactive in communicating with his main office to find the most cost-effective solution for us. He was polite, respectful, patient, detail-oriented, and truly professional. We were very impressed and extremely satisfied with his service. Highly recommended!

RJ and his apprentice Angel is the most professional team you can hire for basically all your plumbing issues. He even took time sharing his career knowledge and offer solutions beyond property owners concern. Always 2 steps ahead, very thoughtful. This guy's deserves a 10/5. A perfect 5 isn't enough!! Alberto C was very helpful he fixed our corroded valve under our sink and then warned us of some other issues in our new home. He even taught us how to turn off the water to our house. My husband and I had a really great experience!

I had an excellent experience today with Western Supreme who had two plumbers out within 20 minutes. My complex always uses this company, but I wanted to compliment the job done by the two plumbers today, both named Alberto. They responded quickly, fixed the problem efficiently, and cleaned up everything afterwards. they were both very professional and conscientious.
