The technician seemed unprepared and lacking in expertise. He spent more time on the phone seeking assistance than actually repairing the AC unit. After replacing a part, he claimed everything was fine, but the unit failed again the next day. When I called back to report the issue, the company refused to take responsibility unless I paid for additional repairs, leaving me with a terrible experience.
