My unit needed service on a day that was 117°F....did not think George would make it out same day, but he did! Within an hour of calling him, he and his partner were already fixing my AC. Luckily it was a minor issue, but I am certainly impressed with how quickly they responded. Thanks, guys!!!

Everyone that I have come in contact with, has been professional, caring, and goes above and beyond the call of duty, to make certain everything is working perfectly! Laurel Canyon, CA I don't recall where I came across Air On time but I contacted them to bid on replacing the package unit that got smashed to smithereens when a tree fell on my house. They are real folks with a real desire to get the job done the way you want it done. They came in with the lowest bid, did some amazing juggling to get the unit on my roof and even gave me a cool touch screen thermostat controller for no extra $. I had them come out later to add a duct to my living room and that was also done totally to my satisfaction. Going to have them over to check out the in-laws system next.

George, & JR & their entire team are excellent!! They do quality work & you won’t find better prices! They put a unit in our home over 20 yr ago & again this month as our compressor sounded a little weary. They also installed for two neighbors. They will come out if any problem & do maintenance when needed. The best!!

Air on Time is a family run local business. they do quality work, on time and at a fair price. They installed a new air conditioning unit at our house last week on schedule with maximum efficiency. The installation team was courteous, Knowledgeable and thorough. They were especially careful and clean when working in the house and happy to answer any questions we had about their work and helpful about explaining important information from the users manual. We are happy to recommend them to anyone needing their services

I had seen a neighbors A/C duct installation quality and asked for the businesses card of the company that did it. It was Air On Time, and George Sr. that got back to me and gave me a quote on changing out the duct work on my 35 year old house. They did the same quality job as my neighbor had done. The crew, coordinated by George, Jr., did an excellent job and were exceptionally careful and complete on what they did. Really appreciated the care they took putting down runners and draping to protect our hardwood floors. The job was well done and we're completely satisfied that we'll look forward to having our air conditioning working well and clean from here on out.
note: I had several quotes prior to going with Air On Time, and they came with a lot of hard up-sell and spoke as if they were "engineering" the duct change out. I'm an engineer so I could see through the flim-flam. I'm sure the other companies would have done a decent job, but I felt a 100% better going with someone that knew there trade and just got in and got the job done.

I found out about Air On Time CO. from a friend, he recommended them and although we were a bit of a drive for them they made the effort to come out and give us an estimate for the AC. Since we recently moved to a condo, it was a first for us but Andrew was super patient and knowledgeable. He presented our options and guided us through the whole process. I can't say enough good things about them, first impressions are important and they definitely made a great one.

Got a positive referral to this company from our contractor and they did an excellent job installing a heat pump minisplit in an outbuilding for us. They stayed around to troubleshoot and train us up to use the Wi-Fi controls, and now we're considering them for replacement of the main home HVAC system.

This is the most unprofessional company that I have encountered. The owner Jorge cancelled two diagnostic Appointments that we had scheduled. We weren’t Informed of the cancellations until a few minutes before both appointments. We called repeatedly and left messages requesting a call back with a rescheduled time/date. The owner was very rude when I spoke with him on the phone and didn’t bother to even apologize for the cancellations. Don’t waste your time and money with this unprofessional company. There are other companies out there that value customer service.
