We've always had a good experience with this place - the staff is friendly and accommodating, from delivery to customer service. Two specific employees, Claudio and Cornelio, consistently go above and beyond to ensure we're taken care of. We've been using them for our HVAC needs and plan to continue our relationship.

Terrible experience with this company, the woman behind the desk had long dark hair and was brutally dismissive.

Save yourself the hassle if you need spare parts for your furnace - apparently, this place doesn't deal with customers.

Their website should clearly state that only licensed contractors are allowed to buy from them. The "Wholesale" label is too vague and I've purchased items from other companies with the same description without any issues. Disappointing since I think they carry what I'm looking for in stock.
