I'm a renter, and did not deal with the decision of the HVAC purchase to replaced broken unit. I did speak to the Office manager Sandy (thanks Sandy), who handled the unusual and tense moments dealing with, what I know, was out of the realm of normal business as usual for a residential customer. What I did directly deal and witness was two TECH's Damian and O'Rion presented themselves, clearly explain their job at hand, and did exactly that, no lingering. So just listing "professional" about the business is so lacking when you consider the bigger picture. Persons that have a job working outside get all my respect and more. I don't know how they do it. Thank you Towery Air, for doing a great job, in my situation, from inside the office to Damian and O'Rion. The adjectives I would include for your TECHs, clean, courteous, respectful of the property and person on that property, use of time structured and organized. Photos are not necessary because in today's environment, people behavior to people goes a long way.
