Wondeful service Thku so so much!

Jody has been great. This will be my second year using his crews. I can get a reasonable quote for just about any service I can think up.

Mowing services began last week. Person mowing the lawn is named Jacob. He's done a great job so far. Second mowing was Wednesday and Jacob showed up just past sunset. He got the job done quickly and under low light. I would recommend this lawn service.

Asked for a quote in the app. I approved and I was given a date the service would be performed. Rey showed up and we discussed the work I wanted done. Everything was great and so convenient to have an app!

Customer Service wasn't reliable

The first time I tried to use this company the guy just showed up and took pictures of my house the day he was supposed to cut my lawn, then they convinced me to give them another shot, so the new “crew” came out and it was just one guy no communication at all my husband had to go out and introduce himself, then the man leaves says he’s done and when my husband goes to check half of the work was not even touched, and when it comes to the billing I was told leaf removal was going to be $69.99 I look and they charged me $79.99 the man said he would be out yesterday to finish the job but never showed up, they do not call you to speak with them about your complaints they just email, I will be looking at a different company for my lawn this one is just not what I expected and with all the reviews and pricing I thought it was going to be great but ended up getting ripped off instead.

Awful, refused to do the weeding after it was discussed many times. Just lied about it. Now I'm obligated for 3 grass cuttings without the weeding. Thats rediculous. Zero stars.

Called to see about lawn cleanup and patching holes was informed if i don’t have grass for them to cut they won’t provide services, very rude and apparently don’t need to make money that bad!

Misleading offer for $19 ...billed for 2 additional visits without authorization for full price. Only needed biweekly service. Canceled

We were quoted at a price way lower than any competitor. Were told the only way there would be correspondence was through their app. My husband and I both took off of work for that day...and they never showed. Via the app I was told to use, I was told the day before they would be here in the morn. After waiting 3 hours, I was told they sent an email that morning stating the contractor decided not to service this area and someone else would be in contact within 48 hours....And I never heard from them again
