John showed up very promptly at the top of the arrival window. Quickly diagnosed the most major of the problems and got us back up and running. He was also very helpful in explaining what the further options are. Very happy so far with the service provided by Total Comfort Solutions.

Total Comfort Solutions has been amazing. I dealt with three different technicians for three different problems and all of them have been professional and knowledgeable.

I want to commend Gerson and Oscar for their professionalism during my AC installation. During the whole process, they were extremely kind and answered all of my questions. I also admire them for working so hard in this crazy heatwave.

Angel was my tech. He was very professional and had excellent customer service. He explain everything he did and went so far to show me the bad parts and pictures of my unit before he started work.

We were Very pleased with our new ac/ heating unit that was installed. They also did amazing job with the duct work. They were always on time and very professional. and most of all honest.

Total comfort solutions is hands down the best in the high desert. They go out of their way to make sure your AC is properly serviced and professionally maintained. And the girls in the front office are always so nice and willing to help with whatever they can.

My a/c unit went out in the evening, and TCS managed to get me onto the schedule the very next day. Angel explained the problem, and everything was repaired within one hour. Excellent and competent service.

Update: Now, my furnace started acting up. The technician from Total Comfort Solutions diagnosed and repaired the problem without issue. He was knowledgeable and offered clear explanations of the problem. Excellent service

Gerson and Oscar were phenomenal! I leave a little earlier to work and they accommodated that and came extra early to make sure they could get as much work done as possible. Super professional and knowledgeable from the time I got a quote to installation. 100% recommend them for any services you might need done on AC/cooler at home.

Chris came to service my AC and he was Wonderful! I had alot of questions and Not only did he explain everything in detail he also took pictures so I could visualize everything he was saying. There were little things (loose screws, hanging insulation and some patch work) that needed to be done and No one had Ever done that before. (I have it serviced every year) he was very thorough and articulate. Most importantly, he was honest and didn't try to take advantage of me. I will recommend Total Comfort Solutions to all of my friends and family and they have made me a customer for life. They're price was fair and worth every penny. We had our heater repaired over the winter. The Technician that came repaired the unit also cleaned it out, replaced the filter and verified it was safe. Made my family stay warm and gave us peace of mind without charging us an arm and a leg.

Recently I had work done on the AC unit I purchased about 4 1/2 years ago. Total Comfort Solutions checked the warranty, which it still had and the did the work in a timely manner. They were also very nice and helpful when I called. The tech, Cristobal, who did the work was courteous and professional.

This added review is for work/ service done just over 5 years since I got a new unit. TCS continues to have great customer service.

Very thorough and professional from start to finish. They inspected every aspect of the system from the unit to the ducting and improved it to make the house more energy efficient. They installed all new ducting, bosche heat pump, and whole home surge protector over 4 days and cleaned up after themselves. The financing is convenient and was a major deciding factor for me going with total comfort. The new system works great and is very quiet. I highly recommended total comfort.

Chris came out and did our biannual inspection and cleaning, he was very professional and let me know what was going on every step of the way. System is a Bosch IDP heat pump 5 ton.
