Our system had not been serviced in years. They came out and were prompt and very professional. Our air blows out much better and cools our house quickly. Will be using them in the future.

Technicians showed up at time specified tools in hand diagnosed the issue with my heater , very professional and a fair cost very happy with work performed would definitely recommend good guys and would definitely use again.

Our AC went out, Ruben came by in a very timely manner found the problem right away and fixed it to its pre existing condition but didn't stop there. Not only did he replace the capacitor but CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY on his time and dime to put on an additional piece that will help save on the electricity bill and will also help increase the longevity of the new capacitor. If I ever have heating or ac problems in the future, Ruben will be getting my business. Strongly recommend!

Very grateful to have The Good Guys A/C help me today. I have window AC units in my apartment that recently stopped working. All of my requests for help were met with rejection from other buisnesses in town. I called The Good Guys. They made an appointment for me today and really impressed me going the extra mile where others have not wanted to. They took the time to assess my problem and give me an honest resolution on how to get my home cool again. Will always suggest calling The Good Guys for your AC needs, why take a chance with anyone else?

Came through on a sunday! Fixed my heater super quick and explained to me what was wrong! Very polite n professional and had extra stuff like filters and fuses on hand. They have a lot of experience , will call again

The woman who answered my phone call was so sweet, very thorough, and asked what I wanted and I what I was looking for.

Not even a week later Bill the owner came out and after a thorough investigation told us what unit would meet our needs and addressed all my concerns with the 18 year old duct work.

Not even a week later I had a group of amazing men showed up to my house named Tim, Adam, Jack, Ryan, and Nate.

They were all very professional! Came exactly on time.

They were happy excited to work and let me know exactly what was going on.

The job site was always neat and clean. They worked around our family of four children and four dogs.

You honestly would not even know they were here.

Tim and Adam listened to all my concerns with the different rooms the airflow and where we wanted heat and air-conditioning to go. They kept me in the loop and was always part of the process.

Had clogged drains and needed my entire AC unit fixed or replaced. One call to Ruben and he was on it immediately. After fixing the issues, I was very pleased with the work and quality of how he was able to complete the jobs in a timely manner...very polite and professional, not to mention it didn't break the bank!! Thank you Ruben 😊 you are now my go to repair man!

install done good and professional, but they wired up the attic fan wrong and haven’t come to fix it.

Shoddy workmanship, they are clueless and will not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

Awful experience with this company. Spent an entire winter through snow storms without a heater because of their negligence. Ruben continues to guess what may be wrong with my system even after installing a whole new heater and continues to insist on charging me more and more. Oh and now my A/C doesn’t want to work either. This company calls home warranty and tells them I need new/different parts and charges me for install without even coming to my home for troubleshooting! Insane. Go with someone else.

Ruben was nice and polite and showed up on time. However he showed up smelling like weed and looking high. He walked through my house to give me a proposal and left my house smelling like weed. We had to open windows to air it out and spray with deodorizer. Per their reviews they probably do good work. Sorry to say we won’t be using Good Guys.

All you folks that think Ruben is so great better hope none of his work fails and causes damage to your house like it did mine. He refuses to take responsibility for water damage to my ceiling he directly caused by not installing a safety switch on the correct pipe in attic. I discovered a leak in my ceiling and he did show up to address it but left my house unresolved. He was unable to perform a simple task of locating the primary drain line and clearing that. He only cleared the secondary .allegedly, I believed him when he told me it was all good and the ceiling would ultimately dry and just need a simple paint touchup. Within the two days of his departure, the water damage ceiling area got worse and when I went to remove damage drywall so area could begin to dry. I discovered it was still leaking water from furnace onto my ceiling. The very thing I paid him $85 to come fix. By the time he was able to return I found someone that actually knows what they are doing and found multiple problems with his furnace install. When he finally got back to me with the time he could return I informed him I’d found someone else that knows how to work and act like a professional And he could do for me now pay for the damage. We haven’t spoken since, and he hasn’t responded to multiple inquiries about paying for the needed repair. Ruben is generally prompt and will be there when he says. Unfortunately, his work never actually gets resolved setting up for numerous callbacks where he just squeezes you for more and more money rather than just fixing it right the first time. Like another reviewer had written on here call someone else.
