My hubby tried to repair a leak in our toilet and realized he was in over his head. It was after 5:00pm. I quickly began googling plumbers and Right Solution Plumbing answered and said they could send someone out about 6:30pm. John arrived promptly at 6:30 and rescued us! We ended up replacing the toilet the following day. John arrived right on time and installed a beautiful new toilet for us. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I was so Amazed by there excellent customer service and expertise of there craft. There very knowledgeable and do a well done job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done to there home, etc. Will definitely call them next time I need some work done.

I needed to have a new faucet installed as well as a leak fixed underneath my kitchen sink. John was very friendly, professional and efficient. He even picked up and cleaned his working area, saving me from having to do it myself. I give John a thumbs up! Excellent service!

Called with an emergency kitchen plumbing issue during a dinner party and they sent Jeremy out. He was great! Arrived promptly got me up and running quickly, didnt even interfere with my dinner party.

We had a damaged copper line (hose bib) resulting in us having to turn our water off. We contacted the company on a Sunday and they responded in less than an hour. Rick was our technician and took his time in assessing the repair. Once given the quote he immediately began working. Throughout the repair, Rick kept me apprised of the status and at the completion, showed me the completed work and answered any questions that I had.

Due to the condition of the existing pipe, the other options was to cut into the drywall and run a new line, however, he was able to complete the repair without having to do so.

I highly recommend the company and would like to ensure Rick is acknowledge for his professionalism. Thank you!

I live in Sun Lakes HOA and they advertise in the HOA Lifestyle Magazine. Since they are licensed, have Bonding, and Workers Comp I decided to give them a try. Like other Yelp reviews I called Jerica and got next day service for a non-emergency shower cartridge. She said I might be bumped if an emergency call came in and that sounded reasonable. Jeremy showed up on time, after Jerica gave me a curtesy notification call. Nice! Jeremy quoted a flat fee on the high side, as I expected from a full page add in a magazine, as I expected he would. He performed the repair quickly, competently, with appropriate cleanup. All with a great attitude. Nice! Additionally, he answered all my pestering questions, and I learned 5 useful plumbing facts. Hope they are around the next time I have plumbing issues.

Friendly knowledgeable, quick took care of my problem

James arrived promptly after I received the courtesy call that a plumber would be arriving. He was super courteous and answered all my questions with kindness and expertise. James was thorough in making sure there were no leaks that dripped from the garbage disposal. James was awesome! Highly recommend!

Of course my kitchen sink had to back up on a Friday evening! But I googled “emergency plumber” and the gal who answered was very friendly, took my info, and called back within minutes to tell me a technician would be here in 30 minutes. John arrived promptly, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of the problem quickly. So thankful! :)

John came out and gave me a quote and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional so I scheduled the work with him. The next day John and Caleb showed up at the scheduled time. They were courteous, professional, clean, and careful. Their work turned out perfect, I would highly recommend them.

We had problems with our kitchen faucet, the company was able to give us an appointment very quickly. The technician, John, arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly told us our problem was small and quoted us accordingly. He was not trying to up charge or get us to do more than what's needed. He repaired it in no time!

John Came and replaced my water heater. He was early, took care of everything and kept me in the know of whatever he was doing. He came back a few days later to fix my plumbing issues and brought Calieb with him. They both did an awesome job and took care of it all timely. I will continue to use and recommend them to others.
