A group of talented plumbers. I had a slab leak that was unbearable for hours and these guys showed up within 45 minutes of calling. They were very professional and attentive to my needs. Will definitely recommend

Our service experience was outstanding. Two service men (Alfonso and Anthony) came, on the same day we called, to fix a leak. They fit us in at the end of their day and graciously accommodated us by finishing the job that same evening, rather than returning the next day. They worked until past midnight to get the job done. They were friendly and very helpful with answering any questions we threw their way. Thank you very much.

Brian (Go Water Heater technician) was excellent. He's very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Water leak problem was quickly identified and immediately solved. Very efficient!

I had a great experience with this company. My garbage disposal stopped working and within 2 hours of calling, one of their plumbers, Brian, had arrived. Within 5 minutes he, had it working again and he showed me how to unjam it and reset it if it happens again.

When the home warranty company sent the first plumbing company to fix my clogged bathroom sink, the plumber was not able to fix the problem. The next company, Go Water Heaters, sent Brian, who immediately diagnosed and explained to me what the issues were. He then proceeded to properly unclog the sink by snaking all the way through to the bottom of the line. A thorough job, IMO! Thanks, Brian.

Great experience! I went thru my home warranty and Go Water Heaters Inc was dispatched to my home in less than 48hrs. They quickly fixed the plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. Plumber was very friendly.

We had a great experience with the entire team. We were assigned Go Water Heater by our Home warranty company when a pipe burst ruining our floors, some walls and leaving us without water. They were responsive and came out quickly. Bryan was great to deal with, and the owner, Eddie, also followed up and helped us out. Our insurance company was a nightmare, but Bryan and Eddie were so patient and helped us navigate the issues. They even took our calls on the weekend and worked with us to get all the docs over to insurance after hours. They also coordinated the asbestos testing we knew we needed to get done prior to opening up more walls. Living without water with 2 kids and a dog, and still working full time is no fun, but I honestly felt so taken care of by them and felt they worked as fast as possible to get it taken care of. They also set up the restoration and water damage removal, too. This whole process has been rough, but our dealings with them were always easy and they've gone above and beyond to help us.

WOW, WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I think the reason why these scores are low is because the clients ( like me ) have to first, deal with A hole warranty companies to get work approved. I went through the ringer with my home owners warranty company, absolutely discussed. Luckily, I got to deal with Go Waters and they took the time to understand my disappointment and completely turned my attitude around. Excellent excellent customer service and installation manager, Bryan Johnson. This person was 100% attentive and compassionate to my Circumstances. Super quick installation and made me feel brand new. I’m so grateful to meet him, he’s a good man, stand up guy. Blessed!

Do not use this company.

Before they would do any work they asked me to sign a contract that would release them from all liability for the damages they caused to our property.

Who does that?

Plenty of other honest plumbers out there.

I agree with the others , the worst and not only that but after the guy shows up, demands that I pay, he leaves and doesn't ever come back , the company then sends me a request for a review for their performance which they never did any performance. I spent 14 days on the phone with a select home warranty back and forth with them never even getting a diagnosis to them. It's still up in the air and I have no water in the bathtub

I do not recommend GoWater Heaters. I had a terrible experience with them.
Fidelity sent them to fix a fresh water line leak.
Freddy was the technician to come, he couldn’t find the shut off valve to the house so he went to Home Depot to buy a band aide and clamp to temporarily stop leak. Fidelity sent a different company to complete the job Go Water Heaters started. The other plumber insisted that Go Water Heaters come back and complete what they started. I then called Go Water Heaters spoke with the manager Araceli she sent Freddy to come back. I spoke with Freddy the day before he came to the house, he was confident in telling me he could do the job. Freddy showed up late to his scheduled time, when he arrived he looked at the the ceiling and said Oh there’s No water, I said, so because there’s no water you’re not going to replace pipe like you said you would? He said no, he needed to take a picture . Out of frustration missing time off from work, I asked him to leave.
I immediately called Araceli the manager of Go Water Heaters, explained the situation to her, she was very understanding. Araceli apologised and said she would send her top guy to come today, July 4th, 2018 between 8am-10am Mauricio her top guy never called or showed up. I called Araceli at 10am I told her he never showed, again she apologised, she would call the technician to find out what happened and call me back. Araceli never called me, I had to call her around noon today, she said another guy would come between 1pm-2pm, I then asked to speak with the owner- Eddie Lopez, long story short he requested we check for asbestos before he can send a technician out to finish the job his company started. Freddy didn’t seem concerned about asbestos when he put the band aide on the pipe.
Please be advised this is NOT a reputable company. I’m so disappointed in this company,
I will be sure to post this on yelp, I would hate for anyone else to go through this.

Worst company ever, do not use at all.
The technician was patient, hens the 1 star, I hope there is less than 1 star BUT
First they ask you to sign the waiver they are not responsible for any damage, really!, which company can do that.

Also the technician came without ladder, borrows my ladder to access the heater, no problem,
The guy did not know aby thing about the unit, he spent few hours to the manufacture over the phone till they are done with their day, he had to come the following day for another few hours, and they could not determine what was wrong, and in despite of the history and all the error log, he said a simple reset will fix it!.

The technician, Alfonso, got his supervisor on the phone , Angel, and I explained to them the issues, and we all agreed, he will recommend replacing the unit through the home warranty.

But they are liars, they lied, they reported to the home warranty that everything is working fine after reset!

Also they lied to me as Alfonso said if this issue happens again, call us, and when I did they said sorry you have to call your home warranty company.

Spoke to Laurne and she said I will have a supervisor reach to you and they never did!

Nightmare experience, DO NOT USE THEM

Jesus came to my house to service my water heater and told me I needed an entirely new water heater. He later changed the story saying I needed the burner cleaned & reset for $500. This wasn't covered on my home warranty anyway so I decided to go elsewhere because it seemed very suspicious.

I hired a different company (On Time Rooter And Plumbing Guys) they came and reset the water heater in 10 seconds and it worked again. They also did a general cleaning, all for a grand total of $130.

DO NOT USE GO WATER HEATERS.

This company do not deserve any stars. Was set to us by HomeGuard Warranty. The person who called and made an appoint with me said it would be between1pm-3pm and someone would call me at least 20 minutes out. I also received a text of 1pm appointment yesterday. 3:30pm - no call no nothing. I called the person and she said the contractor was about 30-45 minutes out and asked if I wanted to reschedule - said no. Guy shows up at my house at 5pm. Now, do you really think he'll get anything done at this point? HomeGuard has me paying $75 for every time they come to the door. I strongly feel these contractors have learned to play the game. Thinking they can show up late, assess the problem and say they'll need to come back tomorrow - another $75 to pay. Such b.s.! This company - not good, the type of person they send don't want in my house!

This is the worst ever maintenance company I have tried in the USA. I'm recommending everyone in C.A, this is not an honest and trustworthy company. Don't waste your money and your time. I had a slab leak in my villa in Irvin in April 2018, I called my home warranty company which was Fidelity, and they sent this company to my villa. The technician first said the leak is from water heater and once he changed my existing functional water heater with no reason, he mentioned the source of leak is from another point!!! At the end, they charged me and Fidelity for more than $2000 and once technician left I had their water heater which was not working and leak still was there. I had to ask another two companies and once they visited my house they were shocked because of the messy job that "Go Water Heaters" company did in my house, the messiest possible job!
Finally, for around two weeks I had leak and I had no hot water because of their complete messy work. Two weeks no hot water, two weeks leak and paying more than $2000 from my pocket to fix their mess in my villa!!!!
I had never thought that in the United States these type of dishonest and unprofessional companies have license to work and I'm so unhappy with Fidelity Home Warranty Company which sent a full disappointing company to my house!!!!!

Had to chase the company to reschedule a follow-up appointment. Plumber was eventually late to the followup appointment and left behind a messy work area. There are better companies out there with better service and professionalism.

Worst company ever! Came out in December and they suggested to home warranty to repair and flush water heater. Flush is not covered by insurance so different plumber did it since i have a maintenance package. All of a sudden they changed the report and said unit works fine! You can’t get a hold of them. No one picks up and mailbox is full. They are crooks! Can’t believe home warranty would work with a company like this! I was hoing to give them more plumbing jobs since we are undergoing major remodel, but apparently they don’t need it. My water heater holds water for a 2 minute shower right now

Horrible service. No communication, no follow up and change there story as to what work needs to be completed. Working through fidelity home warranty to fix my tankless water heater and they send out this vendor who’s visited 3 times over a 3 week period and haven’t fixed the issue. Now I don’t have running water and still no hot water. I called and emailed them and haven’t received a response. I will not recommend their services at all.
