Hector is the real deal. I've used him twice now, and he gets it right every time. As someone who's pretty particular about their needs, Hector listened and worked hard to meet my demands - specifically, an ultra-low NOX furnace with VFD and 2-stage heat. But then he helped me see that a better heat pump option would be the way to go.
