My neighbor across the street actually mentioned Greg after I spent all morning calling places that were either booked out for a month or wanted a crazy amount just to show up. We were having some major backup issues and needed someone for drain cleaning near me who could actually handle it today without making it a whole production. Greg was super cool on the phone and managed to squeeze us in between his other jobs which was a huge lifesaver since we only have the one bathroom. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need and just got the line cleared out fast. If you're looking for someone who is honest and actually shows up when they say they will I'd definitely give him a call.

I’ve had a few plumbers give me different stories about why my main line keeps backing up so I was pretty annoyed by the time I called for accurate sewer diagnostics. The technician actually put a high def camera down the cleanout and walked me through the footage so I could see the offset joint for myself. It wasn't just a guy guessing or trying to sell me a whole new line for no reason. Seeing the actual problem on the screen made me feel way more confident that I wasn't just throwing money away.

I was away for a little over two weeks and came back home to find my downstairs guest room bathroom had bubbles on the ceiling and water pooled on the floor. Ran upstairs and found the master bath toilet gushing water from the tube in the back. Got on google to look for plumbing services and found Profix. Nathan came to my house and fixed the issue. Now the toilet is back to normal and we can get started on fixing the damage it caused.

The laundry room sink was starting to overflow onto the floor so I called and spoke to Greg about getting someone out as fast as possible. Greg was great on the phone and managed to coordinate the schedule so he got Alex to help me with a drain clean that same afternoon. Alex showed up with the right equipment and explained that the lint trap in the wall was actually the culprit behind the backup. He cleared the blockage in record time and even showed me a trick to keep the suds from building up in the future.

So we finally decided to go tankless and I am literally so happy we did. Josh and Nathan were super patient with all my random questions about how the new setup works and the price they gave us totally beat out everyone else in Newport Beach. When they pulled the old tank out, they actually found a small leak we didn't even know was happening, so the timing was seriously perfect. These plumbers are officially my goto now for anything house related. If you are looking for the best plumbers in Newp you have to give them a shout!

iterally was so stressed out about our yard being dug up for a main sewer line repair but Alex was seriously the best. He handled the whole mess in at my crib like it was nothing and kept me posted on everything. Super cool guy and he totally saved our weekend from being a complete disaster.

They snaked a clogged pipe to flush it and when it happened again a few days later, the owner came out after hours and took care of it at no cost. Incredible service and thorough work- will come back for all my plumbing needs!!

I called Profix to replace an old kitchen faucet. Josh scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, which is important to me. He replaced my faucet at a very reasonable charge. Definitely will call him again . Great service.

I honestly thought I was going to get ripped off calling for an emergency drain cleaning on a Saturday night when the guest toilet started overflowing onto the rug. Most places I called either didn't pick up or wanted a ridiculous amount just to show up and look at the mess. Chris actually answered his phone and was at my place in like forty minutes without acting like he was doing me a massive favor. He got the line cleared out fast and even helped me soak up the water on the tile so it wouldn't seep under the baseboards. It is really rare to find a guy who stays that cool and professional when everything is a total disaster.

This morning my toilet was leaking I turned off the water valve. Soon as I got to work I call the company and spoke to Greg. Thank God he got me in today before the weekend. Greg came to fix my leak, he had to leave to get the part. When he came back he check my water pressure and it was 100, it should be between 20-40. So I asked him to fix the water pressure for me, took the time to stay and had to go back out to get the part. Greg came back to finish the job. Thank you so much.

Really great experience all the way around! Had a root clogged yard drain leading out to the street that we needed help clearing. Getting an appointment was easy and quick. Alex showed up on time and was amazing! He quickly figured out the problem and came up with a few options on how to best get it resolved. Alex was super professional, quick to hydro jet the line and let me see the camera while he was checking everything. Price was fair, work was great, will recommend to friends and family!

Any time I have a plumbing need, Greg from Profix has always been helpful. I have used them several times over the last few years for everything from faucet replacement to a big sewer line replacement and any issues are always identified and fixed correctly the first time. Customer service is excellent, prices are very reasonable and I can typically schedule an appointment within a day or two. Profix Drains is the only plumbing company I plan to use for any future services!

Finding a plumber near me that actually has the heavy equipment for a main line backup is a lot harder than it sounds. Greg showed up with the hydrojet and cleared out years of grease buildup in about an hour flat. He didn't waste time trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need and just got the water flowing again. The price was fair and the drain is totally clear now. He’s on the fridge now so my family can call whenever we have probs.

I contacted ProFix out to my property to replace my water heater that had a major leak coming from the Bottom of the tank, Greg arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable about his craft he explained different things about the heaters that I never had a clue about which was great, and how to maintain my heater in the future to give it a longer life span, he had me up and running with hot water in about 2 hours from start to finish I highly recommend ProFix for any of your plumbing needs !

Showed up on time and had my drain (washing machine) cleared in 20 minutes. Showed me exactly what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Stayed to verify the drain was clear and functioning. Will definitely be calling them again for other plumbing issues.

All of the staff is very friendly and quick to respond. They took care of my leaking maching machine fast and are very reasonable in cost. I will definitely be using Profix pulmbing for all of my future plumbing needs!
