We are so impressed with the service that Moser Carpet provides. We needed a badly stained and damaged carpet cleaned and repaired. After the work the carpet looks almost new. The customer service is excellent and the review and estimate process is extremely professional. I was impressed with Jennifer and Brandon. We highly recommend them.

Called for a repair of cat irine problem on carpet . Brandon determined we needed to replace all carpet and pad . Jesse worked hard . Communication was excellent , prompt and friendly . Very knowledgeable, professional and all around great guys .

From start to finish it was easy and professional. Communication was excellent. I always got my questions answered very quickly. Prior to my appt Brandon sent a very detailed video and explanation regarding how the carpets would be stretched. Steve did the actual work. He was polite, respectful and did a great job. My carpets look amazing. I highly recommend them.

They saved me when I got in a sticky situation and needed emergency services. I had such a horrible experience when my carpet got bleached during a move out cleaning from the cleaners I hired. Jennifer was able to move things around to help as my lease was ending. Brandon was extremely professional and a life saver. The finished product was mind blowing. I requested a repair through Thumbtack, and Brandon (the owner) messaged me early in the morning with a very clear video describing their services, the available options, and their quote, which was fair and competitive. After making my selection, we were scheduled immediately.

Unfortunately, the tech's jobs that day were taking longer than anticipated and he was running behind. However, Melody communicated with me proactively about the delay, more than 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment, and was very accommodating to my needs. We discussed several options, and came up with a compromise on scheduling. I can't praise her enough for her professionalism and patience. She handled all the communication smoothly and pilitely, keeping on top of the changing situation.

When Jesse arrived, he was very polite and knowledgeable, once again providing me with excellent options. His repair is barely distinquishable from the rest of the carpet, and he also stretched the areas around the repair to spruce everything up. I really didn't expect it to go so well considering the level of damage. Exceptional work quality, and work ethic.

The convenient payment options and the invoice coming in significantly UNDER the initial quote was a great bonus.
