Extremely responsive and fast turn around. From the start with the consultation, Kevin walked me through every step and made sure I knew what /how the process was going to happen. Kevin started off by breaking the process down to make it where someone with no knowledge could understand this issues we were having and what a replacement system would do.

Come install day, Tyler and his crew showed up right on time (0800) and immediately got to work. Each member of the crew introduced themselves to me and were extremely professional and polite. The crew worked all day and made sure everything was done right. After the install, Tyler made sure to answer any questions I had despite it being late.

Overall, good experience and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Where do I start? I had an install done a few months ago that was botched. I had water leaking from the coil onto my floor and the company that did the install went out of business in between the install and it failing.

I called, no lie, 6 companies to get estimates and got 6-different reasons for why it was leaking, with the longest one company (prior to environmental coming) was out here was a total of 30-minutes.

In comes Zack, and Environmental. Wow. He took his time to do proper diagnosing such as internal static pressure testing, read the manuals (his company doesn’t do installs on my air handler) and confirmed what the issue was and fixed it.

The previous companies wanted to replace the whole thing and gave me a horror stories so, prior to Zack, we were potentially out of our initial investment plus a new investment.

I could not recommend Environmental and Zack enough. Fantastic, honest, company to work with.

We ordered our system through Costco in Concord and it was an excellent experience. We were first met by the air-conditioning representative who evaluated our existing system and made recommendations that would match or enhance our existing unit. After making the decision to go with Costco, the installation team (Environmental Heating and Air Solutions) showed up on time and started work. The team was led by Douglas Comer and he did not miss a beat. They removed the old system and began the installation of the new system. There were a few unforeseen hurdles that showed up on our job and Doug was able to tackle them without any drama and in a professional manner. Doug continued to update us throughout the day as he keep the team moving through the installation. The team kept the area clean, and removed all traces of the old system. The second day, the team came back and finished up. Again, on time and great communication throughout the remaining part of the installation.

This type of professionalism was a breath of fresh air (cold air) in an era where installations can go very bad, communication poor, and installations turn messy. Environmental Heating and Air Solutions did a great job, the installed unit works great and the team led by Doug Comer deserve high praise for a job well done.

PHENOMENAL customer service!!! Showed up past regular business hours for an emergency service call and really took his time to go through all of our options. Appreciate the candor and sharing of expertise.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about my new furnace system. He was very patient when showing me how to use my system on my mobile phone. Before leaving, he made sure i had no more questions for him. When the insulation was complete, he cleaned-up and vacuum.

I had my hybrid heat pump/ac installed last year by Environmental Heating & Air Solutions. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the manufacturing and there was a leak. Environmental was super responsive and able to get Harjotan to come out and check the system. After ordering appropriate parts he came back and fixed everything efficiently and effectively. Everything works again great and I’m really thankful for the service.

Great customer service and our service technician was extremely helpful. The technician took time to explain what caused our furnace to go out and he answered all of our questions. This is our first time needing to have a technician come out and I am pleased beyond words.

We were dissatisfied with the performance of our home’s existing furnace and 15-year-old water heater. Additionally, the upflow platform had been damaged by a water leak, so we decided to replace the entire system and add air conditioning. Through Costco’s program, we were connected with EHA.

Matt from EHA visited us and provided a detailed quote during his initial visit. Unlike other companies we contacted (we obtained quotes from 4–5 reputable competitors), EHA didn’t offer the lowest price. However, Matt stood out as the most professional and thorough salesperson we encountered.

While other companies sent representatives who briefly assessed our home and later emailed quotes without much guidance, Matt took the time to answer all our questions in person. He walked us through key decisions, such as choosing between a heat pump and AC, evaluating single-stage vs. variable-speed systems, and comparing different Lennox series. He even climbed into our attic to take precise measurements and assess the condition of our ducts and insulation—something no other company did. Matt’s expertise and attention to detail were the primary reasons we chose EHA for our project. Throughout the project, Matt also served as a responsive point of contact. He followed up all of questions concerns in timely manner.

Once permits were approved, our installation was scheduled for November, just as the weather was getting colder. I was concerned about being without heat or hot water overnight since the furnace and water heater would need to be uninstalled to rebuild the damaged platform. When I voiced this concern, Kevin, Raul, and Roberto from the installation team went above and beyond. They carefully planned the project to ensure the new furnace and water heater were installed the same day the old ones were removed.

The team worked tirelessly, staying late to complete the first day’s tasks without sacrificing quality. Their work ethic and attention to detail were truly impressive. I observed their progress throughout the day, and it was clear that Kevin and the team were committed to doing the job right while maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Matt earned our trust as a salesperson, and Kevin and his team demonstrated superior craftsmanship and dedication. After a week of using our new system, we couldn’t be happier. We’re now awaiting inspection and will update this review once that process is complete.

I purchased a new HVAC system and the initial city inspection flagged missing permanent labeling on the furnace disconnect. The company promptly scheduled a follow-up and confirmed details the day before. Raul arrived on time, was professional, and completed the fix quickly. I coordinated a second city inspection and it passed without issue. Great service and clear communication.

The team of Kevin, Manuel and Richard from Environmental Heating and Air Solutions did an outstanding job on my new HVAC system and water heater.
They were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time, thoroughly explained what they were going to do and got it done in a timely manner. They also left the area spotless when they were done.
Follow up work by Douglas Sanchez was also excellent.

5 star, excellent service, tech was extremely knowledgeable and completed the repair as quick as he could. Was a complex issue with the mother board.Martin’s customer service is amazing. Great young man and should we ever need a service we will ask for Martin.

This was a good experience. Doug & Joel were very professional and informative. They did a good job installing a new AC unit & furnace in my home. I had a concern about the AC unit, and they corrected the issue to my satisfaction. The work was completed in 1 day.

The second team that the company sent, (the installation team) of Kevinn and Rahul, were Very Professional, respectful. Very knowledgeable. Preformed their work efficiently. Kevinn was in communication with my wife though the entire process. To all parties: Eddie installed an entirely new HVAC system in our home. So far big improvement over the replace system! Eddie was amazing at figuring out improvements that would solve long standing problems our system has had. Great crew!!!
