Great experience with Jasmine and her team

Despite my major issues with my home warranty company, NWP was a dream to work with. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I tried to navigate getting a new furnace installed through my home warranty company. I would recommend them over and over again!

Cesar and his crew installed our HVAC system and has been maintaining it for several years now. He recently just installed mini-split in our separate apartment and completed the job within days of my inquiry. His crew worked fast and cleaned everything up nicely! His office manager, Jazmin, is excellent at communicating professionally and expeditiously! I highly recommend NWP!!

Ceasar and the crew over at NWP are always available in a moments notice and do great work.

Every interaction we had with Jasmine and the technicians was professional, kind and courteous. They were transparent about every step of this process and especially what to expect since we opened this work order through our Home Warranty Company. Jasmine was super proactive in her communications with me. Great team.

During extreme heat last week I called NWP about a broken air conditioner. I had used them before several years ago. I expected to be told they were booked out for weeks. To cut a long story short they arrived later that day and took care of the problem in the spot. We have three AC units, all older than 14 yrs old. I was very impressed that Cesar and his companion and remembered Cesar from last time. Thank you NWP for fixing our AC during the heat. I will definitely call them next time we have a problem.

They understood the importance of getting this work done with speed and quality.

I am VERY happy with the installation of my new heater and AC units!  NWP did a fantastic job!  They were on time, courteous,  respectful of property.  They left everything very clean. They take us through maintenance and made sure we were satisfied before wrapping up.  I can't say how much I appreciate their professionalism and assistance in getting this job done!  5 stars.  Would absolutely recommend!

Despite the rainy weather NWP was able to come out timely and provide us with a quote. They erected very responsive to Al my inquiries.

When my 16-year-old single stage gas furnace was no longer working, Cesar at NWP Heating and AC helped me choose a new furnace to fit my needs and budget. He answered my questions and explained things well. The new furnace is a Bryant 90,000 BTU two stage variable speed. Cesar and his crew installed it in one day. As part of the job, they checked the ducts, cleaned and sealed the vents, and installed a new return flow cover and new electric switch. The crew was professional, polite and respectful of my property. They disposed of the old furnace and did a neat and thorough clean up. The new furnace warms the house well and is even quieter than I expected. The installation came with warranty on parts and labor, and free cleaning and checkup for the first year. NWP was recommended by a family member who has been a long time customer. I was pleased with my dealings with NWP and highly recommend them. Cesar is a great guy, very knowledgeable, reliable, and fair. Thank you NWP for my new furnace!

So far so good. They are supposed to come back to completely finish the AC hook up today but have not heard from them as of yet. Other than that my heater is working fine. Thank you to the service technicians that came out. Heating and AC system.

If zero stars were an option, I would choose it.
They failed to show up for their scheduled appointment, never followed up, and did not respond to the home insurance company assigned to handle our case. As a result, absolutely nothing moved forward.

Because of their inaction, our home has been without heat in the middle of winter for 13 days and counting. This is not a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious failure.

I regret working with them. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience
