Lost my hot water. Contacted Oak Plumbing. Malik Reed was dispatched immediately and did a thorough analysis of my problem. I needed to replace my tankless water heater. Ozzy and Jacob were dispatch on next day. The were able to replace my 17 year old heater successfully. All three representatives were hard working, friendly and very efficient.

Travis was fantastic and they were able to come out same day! Time to go play Lotto. A well equipped truck so none of the “I will be right back to get parts”. He even suggested we add a “cut out” to be installed to make any future clogged easier (and cheaper) next time. We took up Travis on his offer and their pricing in my opinion was very fair. They are my new plumber and are located n Benicia so just “around” the corner.

Malik was excellent. He came out and did our annual servicing on our tankless water heater. He also worked on quoting us on getting a recirculation system to increase the speed of hot water to our faucets. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products that his company sells.

Oak Plumbing has the greatest team! They are the best plumbers near me. From my water heater to replacing our water main, they are great!

Years ago businesses took pride in operating in excellence. The customer takes notice today when that happens because it seems rare. Oak Plumbing is the ‘Real McCoy!’ Jovan and his team worked efficiently and effectively removing the galvanized pipes and replacing them from the sidewalk water line all throughout my home. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and skill; courtesy and grace they demonstrated. They also took care in putting everything back as it was found. Everything is now up to code! Technician did the work quickly and was very nice

Oak Plumbing is awesome! Had two toilets, kitchen faucet, three bathroom sinks with p-traps all installed at my home. I keep going back to them again and again. Good quality work! Very satisfied!

Today I had a great experience with Jovan and apprentice, Trevor who came out to my home after I called Oak Plumbing the night before. They were efficient and explained everything that he was going to work on and how the repair would be completed.
I appreciate the work that they both did and I will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Purchased a water heater from Oak Plumbing in 2018. Included is a yearly maintenance visit to check its condition and drain any sediment buildup. Jacob came out to perform it and was very professional and did a thorough job. Oak Plumbing has always done right by me. Their prices are affordable and they perform high quality work. They also use high quality products with excellent warranties. I highly recommend them.

Matt arrived on time to our house to fix a leaking shower valve. He walked us through various options, including a fix to a nearby fixture that was on it's way out. We received detailed invoices with options. Matt solved our problems in one day, and he was pleasant to work with.

Malik Reed was very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining what our issues were and how he was going to fix them. If we didn't understand something, he was patient to explain in detail until we understood.
He will be our plumber for the future and we will recommend him to all of our acquaintances.

The Benicia office team did a great job at performing cleaning of my dish washer - excellent staff service.
