Rick was efficient and straight to the point!
I set up an appointment on Tuesday and Rick stopped by Thursday morning, all we needed was a simple replacement. The inspection and service were done in an hour and ten minutes! (probably sooner if we didn't have him wait a bit for approvals on our end)

Pierre was also super-efficient, Pierre noticed we needed a new motor for ventilation, but it had no brand name on it - Pierre was able to figure it out with the serial # and once ordered and received, LJ Kruse reached out to make an appointment for the replacement - Pierre came in and quickly replaced it in under an hour along with testing before leaving.

This was a call to do a a sewer pressure inspection to apply for permits. Miguel was prompt, professional and explained what he saw in the video. We are still awaiting either a copy of the video via email as promised or a written write up of his findings..

There were a few hiccups at first but LJ Kruse ironed the issues out and their follow through has been great!

Great experience over all. I have had Kruse out at least 5 times for repairs or new plumbing work on my homes. Always great communication from the office and each plumber that has been out has provided quality work.

I needed to replace a 25 year-old toilet, that was no longer working efficiently. Of course, I did a search on the Internet to find out what brand would be best and who to call.
It was pretty clear that, at this time, Toto was the best low-flow toilet. The next question, who to call? After reading reviews, I chose L.J. Kruse Plumbing. I was not disappointed. L.J. Kruse sent clear and frequent communications about the pending job. Miguel came to assess the situation. We talked about repairing what I had, a push-button single flush, or replacing it with a low flow. I chose to replace it and Miguel recommended a Toto two piece.
I received the estimate the next day, agreed to it, and was able to schedule the installation for the following week.
Miguel was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and on time for both visits. The removal of the old toilet and installation of the new one was smooth. I could not be happier with the outcome and I’m happy I chose L.J. Kruse Plumbing.
