They have been the most professional repair service I have ever used. Robert, and his crew are simply amazing. They came out on July 4! Diagnosed the problem and promptly jumped on what was needed to fix my refrigerator. They came out on time, did the work and were incredibly clean while they were in my home. I can't say enough about how amazing they are.

Rafi came right on time, gave us all the information we requested in terms of what was necessary and what we may have leave for possible later maintenance. He was very personable and did a good job, finishing up after about 30 minutes.

Robert is a ROCK STAR ⭐️. Best appliance service ever! These guys know what they are doing. Fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers. Great company. Always the best. Honest and fair. Most Amazing and Honest Service Person
ROBERT . Repaired my (1986) Sub zero refrigerator and was able to diagnose a tricky issue. Many others (incl.certified SZ techs) were unable to even diagnose (repair) the problem!
Kudos to Robert.
Obtaining parts took long time/not his fault!!

Freezer wasn’t cooling off but Robert was able to remedy it within a few minutes. Fan which was hidden above the light panel wasn’t spinning. As always, quick response and top notch service and explanation of the root causes.

Rafi was the service technician and he was excellent. Very professional and understanding. Has a great personality and can explain things very well.

These guys do an incredible Job! I have had other repair companies come to give estimates about my malfunctioning fridge in the past and not of them were confident in what the issue was. Rafi is the man! He knew right away and fixed the problem. Rafi is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind! Next time I have an issue with my Thermadore appliances, I know exactly who to call.

Excellent Appliance Repair experience!!! Our Subzero freezer was running warm. I called Rodeo Appliance and they came the following day. Robert, our authorized technician, arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem in short order, fortunately had a new freezer compressor on his truck and made the repair immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and clearly very experienced. We will definitely call Rodeo Appliance for any future appliance issues with our Subzero refrigerator, Wolf range, Viking Wine fridge and Thermador cooktop range and microwave. It was a pleasure doing business with Robert and Rodeo Appliance. We highly recommend them!!

Robert from Rodeo Appliance saved us when our Viking refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. We had guests coming that weekend and were panicked, but they responded right away and got us on the schedule fast. He was super professional!
