After calling 10+ plumbing services in the area on a late afternoon to fix what seemed like a burst pipe, someone finally picked up!! The guy on the other line sounded exhausted, but made sure someone would stop by to check out our issue after they serviced a few other clients. In what seemed like 10 minutes, we had Johnny at our doorstep. We turned on the main water supply for less than 5 seconds to replicate the issue and from that, Johnny knew exactly where the burst pipe was. He cut a 5inx5in hole in the wall and sure enough he was right on the money. He was able to replace our burst pipe so quickly and professionally with minimal destruction, it was amazing. We are so grateful for this company where no other companies were available. Highly recommend using Bear Valley Refrigeration & HVAC, they were worth every penny!

I have a carrier forced air heater which kept triggering the over temp sensor. I called Bear Valley Refrigeration, Sean, determined it was the heat exchanger. It was under warranty, parts were ordered, and John brought them over. Turned out some deeply buried parts were corroded and needed to also be ordered. John came back when the parts arrived and meticulously assembled unit. John was knowledgeable, methodical, and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.

Everybody I’ve dealt with there is a class act. I have a couple of small businesses and when I need something, it’s usually right now. And they make it a point to come as quick as they can 24 seven. They are priced good, extremely reliable, and very professional. I had a broken pool heater and the pool guy said I need a whole new set up, Sean came by fixed it and tested the gas coming into the property and it was low. He was here for maybe a half an hour, and I haven’t had any problems with the pool heater since then actually it’s work better than it ever did.
