They promised to come today, but called that the next available appointment is only the next day. And that would be understandable, but they say they will charge $99 extra for coming and evaluating. I did not need an evaluation, i needed a fix.

Super rude over the phone. I called for a shower handle repair and he laughed and said whats the problem thats a weird call... uhh its not working and leaking?!
