I have a vacation rental and had a clogged drain with guest arriving in 2 hours . I called all around and everyone else was booked or wanted " the Big Bear" premium to show up.I found J ThE PLUMBER and he was there in 30 min.

Very fast and professional. We’re lucky we found him!
We called him on a Saturday because our hot water stopped working that morning, came over within the hour after he finished up another job. Needed a bunch of things replaced including our whole water heater. He took us to our local hardware store and helped us get everything he would need for him to complete the job. Returned on Sunday and had everything new and done within two hours. We appreciated his hard work and helpfulness very much.

Jay the Plumber was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Solved the issues with our water heater and also gave extra tips on how to prevent issues in the future. He is establishing himself in the Big Bear area so use this professional. You won’t be disappointed.

Jason (J The Plummer ), was awesome. Called other plummers and they all had excuses being booked for weeks. I called Jason, and he gave me a very reasonable quote, had him do the job of replacing my old gas water heater with a new one. Jason is so kind, efficient, trustworthy and so reliable. Came to our home so promptly and solved our problem. He is so knowledgable, in his field of work, and his professionalism to get the job done and his expertise is so great. I would recommend him to anyone, You will never be disappointed !

I don’t usually give reviews, but this guy deserves a great one. J the Plumber (Jason) went above and beyond any plumber I’ve experienced. First, he responded to my call immediately, AND personally since it’s actually his company. Second, he understood the direness of my situation so he came out the next day (when others were estimating 2-4 days). Third, he was patient with my other workers working around him. Lastly, he really cares, did an awesome job, clean, professional, courteous, and just an all around cool guy. No doubt you’ll be happy you chose this guy.

Jay was professional and was able to complete the job in an efficient time frame. His attention to detail and knowledge was very impressive and such a breath of fresh air. He was also reliable which is hard to find these days. I was pleased with his service and definitely would use him again!

Jay the plumber took the initiative to confirm I had all the necessary components for a Moen Smart Water Shutoff installation in Big Bear. From the size and type of pipe as well as the electrical requirements, he took no chances and kept firm on his bid. Jay stayed in constant commmunication, and the work was done professionally and on time.

My family has had a cabin in Big Bear for almost 30 years. We had to call a blumber 3 times this week and J took great care of us. The first call he was able to walk me through fixing my problem over the phone at no charge. Then our disposal went out. He came by the next day and replaced it. A day later, one of our faucets in a bathroom wouldn't turn off. Again, he came by the next day and fixed it. We are so grateful to have someone up here who doesn't charge resort prices and was professional and prompt. He's our new go-to!

J the plumber did a fantastic job installing a water heater at my house. He was very professional & affordable. He was knowledgeable about what I would need & responded quickly to phone calls. I would definitely recommend him to friends & family.

J did a great job helping me out replacing an old water heater. I was able to ask all the questions needed on purchasing the correct size, dimensions, parts, without any worry if I was asking too many questions. I was able to send him pictures of the old heater and on which one was recommended.
During installation, J was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to explain what he was doing in simple terms so I was able to understand. Which I appreciated being a first time home owner.
For my particular water heater, there was a faulty part causing gas to leak. I immediately called the gas company (under Js recommendation) and called J. I was on my way down the hill and he was kindly able to go back to my home and fixed the issue at no charge. Huge relief knowing I didn’t need to go back down the hill and return the water heater or go through the lengthy warranty.
His pricing is fair and you get a great service from an experienced plumber.

Jay did a great job. He put in a new valve, new plumbing hardware, and installed the fresh plate on the back side of the wall. Solid plumbing work, meticulous, he followed through with every detail. Highly recommended.

From the first call to report the issue with our tankless water heater, J could easily determine what the problem was i.e. sign of a seasoned, knowledgeable plumber. He was so responsive to texts and calls and explained the process re installation of a new heater to replace the almost 20 year old relic. And he was so polite and respectful to us, an elderly couple. He even helped us navigate payment through our iPhone. Will always call him for plumbing issues in Big Bear.
