I just wanted to say what a great job the roofing team did today. They were very polite, efficient, and skilled in their work. It’s amazing that they can work in such hot weather. They also did a very good job in cleaning up afterwards. They all desire a raise.

Shout out to Josh Rock and his team at Copp Roofing! We had damage to our roof and roof vents during this winters historic snow storms. Josh provided a fair price and worked us into their busy schedule. They were on-time, as scheduled and made all the repairs to our satisfaction.

We had a water leak that damaged the ceiling in our kitchen during the rain storms this past January. It was inspected by Sunrun, located and repaired, but for the interior ceiling damage Sunrun referred the repair work to Copp Roofing and Construction. And we are so glad they did!

My first contact was with Teresa who scheduled the appt. She was a pleasure to talk to! Very upbeat and communicative. The person she scheduled to do the work was Ryan Arroyo. I can't really say enough about him. He was courteous, respectful and very professional. He explained everything before he started and made every effort not to interrupt our life while making the repairs. His work is impeccable! You would never know there was ever any damage. He stayed as long as he needed to be able to complete it in one day and cleaned everything up when he was finished. If Ryan and Teresa are typical of CRC's team then you can't go wrong with this company!

I've worked with multiple repairmen and contractors during the last 31 years and have never had such a positive experience! I highly reccomend this company and if they let you make requests ask for Ryan...

I want to thank the crew, their foreman Ismail and the project manager, Dylan Palmer for installing a new roof on my home. They did excellent work, were very considerate, and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. The roof looks great! Everyone in the company did what they said they would do and in a timely manner.

I cannot praise Ishmael and his team highly enough! They did an exceptional job removing our old roof layers and installing our new system. Such teamwork is unheard of today! Each day they worked so hard and left our home impeccably free of debris! We cannot express how thrilled we are with our new roof! A truly professional effort! They are to be commended most highly by Copp!

I called these guys because they were local to Lake Arrowhead. Spoke with Connor who then came by my home to review and take pictures of the damaged areas that needed repairs. In addition to the damage from January's storm, he also pointed out that a lot of the seals around the chimney, exhaust pipes, etc. needed to be redone, which I was aware from my own inspection of the roof. He also pointed out nails showing through the ridge caps, indicating that the caps had worn down quite a bit and could start letting small amounts of water leak through. I wanted it all fixed and they quoted a fair price. It was nice that Connor stuck with the project from start to finish so that I felt like I had a project manager to work with. They were able to get me in quick and came and did the job on a Saturday. I wasn't home, but they sent pictures of the work and my partner later went by the house and inspected the work himself. VERY solid work and super happy with it. You can even tell there used to be broken through area on the overhangs. I highly recommend these guys!

We used Copp for deck repair. Initial inspection and bid pricing was don by Ryan who was prompt, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Repairs were made by Corey and Spencer who were terrific and also prompt and professional. Repair work was done correctly, meeting all of our expectations for quality of work. We just had a new roof installed on our A Frame home along with three new skylights. Alonso did a great job. He was on time, friendly and did high quality work. We highly recommend Copp Roofing (and Alonso) as a choice for a new roof, especially in the mountain areas.

It was refreshing to do business with professionals who do one thing and they excel at it. I needed a new roof for my house at Big Bear Lake and local roofers were not available. Some even put on their answering machine that we should call next year! Others either didn't return calls or promised to call back and didn't. When I called Copp Roofing, the first thing that surprised me was that I was talking to a knowledgeable and courteous person - ready to help, now! They came back with a price that was a little higher than I would have liked, but in retrospect it was worth it because everything was hassle free. They arranged financing with 0% if paid within 1 year, and that helped. Next, they blocked off a date and promised a completion within 10 days. Despite rain almost every day, they were there every day and delivered a new roof as promised. That is worth the extra price.
Also, they gave me a fixed price and I asked them if there would be extras. They told me that probably there would be, because the wood underneath probably rotted. In the end there was NO extra cost. When you get honesty on top of professionalism, in my opinion, it is well worth paying a little extra. Consider the risks you take with others who may underbid this company. Can you rely that they will deliver? Copp Roofing came through for us!

Copp did a roof tune up to include cleaning pine needles off the roof and all gutters. Miguel Perez and his crew did a great job, there were fast, professional and cleaned everything up. customer number 9254. Will definitely use them again.

Used Copp for a roof repair and drywall fixing due to storm damage. The Dan's (Ryan) did a great job over two weeks correcting my home's drywall and applying texture to ensure the entire house looked great for the painters. They were professional, communicated well and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys!!

Absolutely the best choice we made for a roofing contractor. We started a solar project and we were told that a roof was highly recommended prior to the project. I got about 5 estimates and Copp was extremely competitive. This is a family business and that’s the kind of personal attention you get. The roofers they sent out were professional, courteous and very careful about protecting my property and cleaning up after themselves. The communication from everyone was excellent and even my neighbors commented on how the roofers never stopped going. The other perk is that Copp offers the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which is an extended non prorated coverage. I can’t say enough about them!

The weight of snow cracked a rafter. Copp's Crew replaced it and did a superb job from start to finish. They moved furniture & other items, protected the carpet, replaced the rafter, matched the stain, and put things back in order for me. The crew were gentlemanly (respectful, considerate of me & my home) and office staff were most kind & helpful. I highly recommend them.

This year I needed both roof fixes and interior fixes due to rain/water damage. Copp was able to work on both. Specifically wanted to call out the attention to detail and quality of Ryan A. and Daniel who did the interior work. I was really concerned about the drywall, molding, electrical, paint, etc. being at a level where you could not tell that anything had every happened. Ryan and Daniel fixed everything in a timely manner and the repairs are so clean you cannot in fact tell anything had happened. Appreciate their attention to detail.
