Markey construction is top tier. They built an amazing deck for me in record time, and at a great price! Definitely will be using them for all of my construction projects.

Stevie and his crew did a fantastic job at my house in Jan 2026! They installed new flooring and baseboards in the entire house and it looks amazing. They also updated all the light fixtures, installed new kitchen appliances, and updated all the hardware in the house plus many other things. Stevie and his crew were easy to work with, very reliable, and very professional. I would hire them again without hesitation!

I had a leaking skylight and someone referred me to Stevie. His team came out within a half hour and tarped my skylight at minimal cost. The roof is no longer leaking until I can get the skylight fixed. Thank you Stevie!

I can't express enough how thankful I am for Stevie and his incredible construction company. Recently, my grandmother found herself in a life-threatening situation when her building caught fire. Without hesitation, Stevie and his team rushed to the scene, and Stevie himself acted quickly to get my grandmother to safety. He literally saved her life.

I am so thankful to have used Markey Construction for a MASSIVE retaining wall job on my newly purchased property. I was shopping around for a while to find a company to do the work for me, but most contractors wouldn’t even bid the job because they thought it was going be too difficult. Stevie and his crew were able to do it no problem and for a fraction of the price! He and his crew are seriously talented and get work done so quickly! I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who need any construction work done on their property. I will absolutely be using then again for future projects.

The best compliment I can give them is that we've had them back to our property for multiple projects. They have good energy about them, have treated us well, and like collaborating with them. On our property, they have built several long retaining walls, a redwood staircase, a concrete walkway with concrete stairs, and two large redwood walls.

I recently had a retaining wall that was falling over and in bad shape- Stevie in his crew came out and rebuilt it for me. They did a fantastic job, going above and beyond. Definitely recommend them!

Stevie and his crew are top notch. Their work on multiple projects was, without fail, excellent. They did a beautiful job on a complex and large exterior stair project, built a large carport and poured the foundation and framed a 600 sq ft building for us.

Stevie and his team were great! I hired them to build our deck, which required a ton of concrete work. Everything came out exactly the way we wanted, within the timeframe Stevie told us, and all within budget. They’re very professional and personable, and took time to answer all of my questions whenever something popped up. 10/10 would recommend him and his team for any home projects you may have!

I had a great experience working with Stevie Markey. I have an 18-step curved exterior staircase that needed a handrail. Stevie came up with a great solution for a metal handrail and was able to get it installed and finished in three days. He was very communicative, professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

We’ve used Markey Construction a couple of times. Would be difficult to find a more hard working crew. Stevie has great ideas of how to implement and enhance what is needed. Highly recommend.
