Pete is very responsive - good communication, - he and crew did a remodel on our kitchen, and 2 baths - did a demo on the old counters and sinks, - he made good suggestions on the comparative benefit of various counter tops - replaced all kitchen appliances, all new counters and sinks - overall excellent job.

Pete and his crew fixed from dryrot on a wall that had accumulated over many years. Great guys and good work, left area clean, ect. Highly recommend.

What a relief... We went several months with no kitchen because the previous "contractor" took off with our money. With a demolished kitchen and nowhere to turn, we started a search and found Pete. He responded to our call within 24 hours and had begun the process of sourcing material and planning our remodel right away. Pete was nothing but pleasant to work with and despite being very busy, he extended his help in every way possible. The entire process took about one month. Pete and I his guys paid strict attention to detail. It was evident that they take a lot of pride in their work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and get excited every chance we get to spend time in our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Briones Built and his start to finish superb execution.

Briones Built did an amazing job redoing our siding and building a storage room! Their quotes were accurate and easy to understand, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. They paid great attention to every detail, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Pete and his crew did a great job installing a concrete patio with a French drain in my backyard. He helped me plan it out, offered some great suggestions, and they did a great job. They were quick, too!

Briones Built remodeled my salon space in Felton. Pete and his team did such an amazing job. The building itself is oldddd and funky, but with all the work that they did it now feels bright, modern, inviting. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They were timely, clean and helped bring all my ideas to reality. My salon was voted best in San Lorenzo valley within 6 months of opening and I could have never done that without Pete’s help! Thank you!!!!

We had Pete come out and take a look to see if he could build out a redwood deck alongside out house, working around the septic tank that was right in the middle. No problem! Deck came out amazing, with custom solid redwood skirting, and access to the septic. Work was done quickly and the pricing was excellent. Definitely a good guy to work with on a project like this.

Pete came up and helped with our heater super quick. He was fast and helpful.

Pete and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very professional and maintained a clean job site. If there were any unforeseeable problems, Pete was quick with solutions to keep the project going so it would finish within the expected time frame. We were very happy with Briones Built!

Pete and his crew put their hearts and souls into a new electric gas fireplace and redwood mantle (using local redwood lumber) at our home. He also did some other projects like a new sink and flooring. Pete is very approachable, honest, accountable, and knowledgeable. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to and helps one understand what is needed for a job, all while giving us options that fit within our budget, while also providing top notch quality. We’re so happy to support our local mountain folk and will continue to utilize Pets’s skills and expertise for any future projects!

High quality work, done in a reasonable amount of time. Briones Built has a network of independent skilled craftsmen, which means delays are possible. If speed isn't paramount, Briones Built is an excellent choice.
Pictured is a tub to shower conversion, using Castico panels from Home Depot, hardware from Bay Plumbing on Soquel, glass-block window from Sierra Glass Block in Sacramento. Start to finish, around a month. We're very happy with the final product.

Our roof started leaking right before Christmas and a series of storms. Pete and crew were able to quickly mitigate the issue so it didn't cause further damage. Upon further inspection, there were some other areas with issues and we decided to replace the whole roof. We waited for a few weeks until there was a good weather window and then they moved fast to get the exterior done over 4-5 days, then another few days to fix drywall and paint inside. It looks great, we certainly have had no further issues, and they were also able to resolve a number of other minor issues at the same time.

Pete also build two decks at our house and installed some outdoor lighting a few years ago and this was all very well done and looks and works great.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work Briones Built delivered while constructing our outdoor stair handrails. They used high quality materials and the finished product is beautiful. This is the second time we've called on Briones Built for outstanding work. They are a high quality, trustworthy construction team.

I was ghosted by another contractor prior to contacting Briones Built, and Pete was able to fit me inbetween a couple of larger jobs. Pete and his crew were very easy to work with and kept communication open regarding any changes or concerns…and they even let my dog stay home to “supervise” while I was at work. Over all it was a redeeming experience that had great results, as you can see from before and after photos.

Pete is an amazing contractor whom I recommend without hesitation. He is knowledgeable in all areas, and his expertise is truly remarkable. Pete does not cut corners and takes great pride in doing the job right.

Our bathroom was built in the 1970s, and we wanted it completely gutted and rebuilt from the ground up. Throughout the process, it was eye-opening to see some of the shortcuts that had been taken when the property was originally built.

The remodel has been an incredible experience. Watching the various professionals Pete oversees carry out their specialized work has been impressive—their craftsmanship and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everything is now up to code, and the project is nearly complete. We couldn’t be happier with the progress and quality of work. It’s is absolutely gorgeous. We had Pete and his team redo our ensuite bathroom, as we had a shower/tub stall combo that was just not working for us anymore. He and his team did a great job and we're really pleased with our newly renovated shower! Pete was very helpful with my questions about how much flooring tile I'd need to order and recommended we do the quartzite slab walls to cut down on cleaning grout lines, which was definitely the right move. Would recommend for bathroom remodels and other home improvement projects

We hired BrionnesBuilt(Pete) to do a full bath remodel.Replaced everything from the 1-1/8 plywood flooring up. It was a 60 year old beater transformed into a thing of beauty. I’ve been in the industry over 40 years and Pete and his crew did things I thought were not possible.
Just a phenomenal job that is truly breathtaking ( literally), and the new - age toilet technology is something that can’t be missed;thanks DK plumbing, Brandon(all current Electric) Horacio(tile master craftsman) Ian(all star glazier)
Just true craftsmanship at what I thought is a great price and again every time you open the door you just say WOW.
The quality is just a step above every one IMO, you just don’t find that in today’s market quality at all great price. Plus the creative and safety aspects that comes from Pete gives a lot of options to the project that you cannot find ( inside local knowledge).
So to going and getting a great job done we got to find out all the hotspots for custom craftsmanship etc etc in the local SC area. Thanks Pete#WhoKnew

Pete and his crew did a full remodel of our downstairs which came out beautifully. He is a perfectionist with an eye for detail and is great at solving and adapting to challenging problems. Pete was very responsive throughout the project. He has real pride in his work so he was very invested in having an excellent outcome. His subs were all very professional too.
