Had Jesse here to clean all area rugs in my house. Did a fantastic job. Did not rush through and took his time, like that. Good customer service and will definitely be calling again.

Alicia was friendly and professional on the phone. My appt was within 4 days and Alfonso did a fantastic job on my living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. He is very knowledgeable about carpet in general and gave some great tips on how to keep it in good condition. I will be using All Points Chem Dry on a regular basis and I highly recommend them!

All Points Chem-Dry has cleaned our Speech and Language Center for about a year. They are friendly and scheduling is easy. They always answer their phones or return a call on the same day. Bobby, the technician is friendly and thorough. He is good about moving furniture around to get the carpet cleaned. I highly recommend this company.

Robert and the team were great! The outside of my house and the windows look so nice now. They also cleaned and sealed our granite counters and cleaned our tile floors. Their pricing was very competitive. I will continue to use All Points Chemdry for my cleaning need. Thanks again Robert!

All Points Chem-Dry is awesome. We dealt with Robert Rodriguez, and he's really great. We had two emergency flood situations back to back in our home right before Thanksgiving, and he got both jobs (water mitigation/dry-out and repairs) done quickly and thoroughly. He was very easy to communicate with and notified us frequently of the repair status via email, text and phone calls. We appreciated his strong work ethic and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I used All Points Chem Dry at my last house. They did such a good job that I decided to see if they’d come to my current house. They were responsive and attentive. Bobby did a fantastic job throughout the house and was accommodating to any specific needs. Would highly recommend them!

They have done an excellent job at cleaning my carpet and upholstery. This is my 4th time using them and I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed them yet! They are super professional, timely, great customer service, and they don’t bargain prices!! They are upfront with the pricing over the phone so you have ease of mind when they come. They may not be the least expensive out there, but in my opinion you get what you pay for and they do a superb job! See for yourself!

Always a great experience. They are fast and always do a great job. They cleaned the carpets un the bedrooms as a move out job and they were spotless. There are hardwood floors underneath the carpet which is a concern when using another company. No worries with them.

Bobby cleaned carpets that had been repeatedly peed on by dogs and now they look great! My cream colored couches also look and smell new, too! He was thorough and professional , but very friendly, as well! I would recommend this company!

The whole experience was great from my first call to schedule a visit to Bobby completing the work at our house. ChemDry was not the cheapest, but am convinced they were the best value. Everyone was polite and eager to answer my questions and make certain that when the work was done, I was completely satisfied. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

Jose was amazing. I used to use a steamer company but needed different. Techs were alway late and so so. Jose was on time!! Super friendly and did an amazing job. Respectful of my shop and took his time. You have to give them a try and ask for Jose!!

This is the 3rd time in 20 years I used the Chem-Dry franchise, I love the result after the carpet is clean, All Point Chem-Dry came 15 minutes before the scheduled window time, I need the upstairs/staircase carpet clean, and the tiles grout clean. I was extremely happy with the work, they were able to lift some of the dirty spots that I thought was permanent. And the tile/grout cleaning was super, tiles were polished, and grout were clean and sealed. I highly recommend the service, I know you will enjoy the result the way I am. We live in the San Gabriel Valley and have had ChemDry All Points clean our carpets a few times to our complete satisfaction every time. The owner, Patty, sent Bobby (the carpet and tile floor specialist). Bobby explained everything thoroughly and how long to stay off the carpets. He reviewed the quote that Patty gave us over the phone and added on a few additional items we wanted cleaned. We had a final quote in hand before he proceeded with the job. The results were remarkable; he is thorough and there were no missed spots. ChemDry is a very effective cleaning method and won’t leave significant wetness in the carpets. The carpets were dry by the following morning. Pricing is competitive. They are reliable, consistent, and responsive to any call you make to them. They will value you as a long-time customer. You will get your money’s worth. Bobby assured us that if there were any problems after everything dried, they would follow-up. They stand behind their work. BTW: there were no problems afterward and no need to get back to them until the next time we need our carpets cleaned

We were VERY pleased with the results achieved by All Points Chem-Dry. Bobby was punctual and very friendly. He did a thorough job treating spots and focusing on high-traffic areas. The carpet looks great and smells good and it dried within a couple of hours. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden charges. I am so glad our neighbor recommended All Points Chem-Dry! (We used All Points Chem Dry again in 08/2020. They complied with Covid-19 safety protocols and did an outstanding job. This is the third or fourth time I have used this company to clean my carpets. They always do a great job at a fair price. Jose is fantastic. He did wonders with the stains in my hallway my carpets look brand new!! I would definitely recommend them.
