antonio was excellent. he displayed great manners and even called to assure me he was on his way, despite dealing with unexpected issues. in fact, the office also reached out to confirm this. antonio arrived to perform a furnace tune-up in brea. he was upfront when responding to my inquiries and made sure to explain his work process thoroughly. he didn't try to persuade me into purchasing anything unnecessary. i asked him to check my humidifier, which another service provider claimed was non-operational last year. antonio inspected it and demonstrated that it was in working condition, explaining that a wire was merely unattached. his pricing was fair and reasonable. i'm excited for his visit in late spring to inspect my air conditioner. i would recommend this hvac service and antonio. he's truly an informed technician.
