Hired them for an installation job. Very pleased with the service. Went over a beyond to source parts over the weekend to help meet my inspection deadline. Also true professionals in overcoming unforeseen challenges on the job… the stuff that separated good professionals from the average ones. Highly recommend

Our appointment was scheduled from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the plumber, Cole, arrived just a few mins past 8:00 am (I like that!). The job was to repair/replace a rusted and leaking galvanized pipe that fed an automatic pool fill line located in our backyard by our pool equipment. This required breaking up concrete to access a threaded pipe coupler embedded in the concrete. Cole had all the right equipment to break up the concrete while minimizing the amount of concrete removal. This was a "time and material" work order which was completed in approximately 2 hours at a cost that was, IMO, very reasonable. We are very happy with the great job done by Cole and Precision Plumbing & Contracting!

Great repair at a great price. Came out the same day and fixed it. Was expecting to pay thousands and Darren fixed it for a few hundred. Thank you!

Darren M. did a great job troubleshooting my water heater problem. Replaced the faulty pump and did an upgrade to the water heater plumbing.

Eric came out to replace some valves and help us with some leaks. He was professional, knowledgeable, able to stay on task and complete the work quickly and efficiently. His advice helped us find an additional problem that was in our irrigation system. All in all a great experience with the plumber. The company was fast to get us a plumber, notifications were done through text and the text was used for two-way communications not just one-way. They were responsive and informative. We got a very fast follow up asking how everything was. No guesswork involved. A great customer service experience. The work looked good. He was clean and left nothing behind. As a former building inspector and as a homeowner, I highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

Came within an hour of me calling. Technician was friendly and answered all my questions. Job was done efficiently.

The technician showed on time and was very friendly and courteous. He quickly got to work and removed my old kitchen faucet and replaced with a new one we had purchased. He also gave us some tips/advice about some other issues we were having with our sink. Very professional and cleaned up after his work was done. Woke up to a water leak in the ceiling of my kitchen, called 2 local plumbing contractors first thing, left messages on their recorders and was promptly called back by Anna of Precision who was able to fit me into their schedule the next morning. The plumber, Eric, arrived right on time opened the ceiling and found the repair in the PEX pipe joint and repaired it. Could not have been more professional. Thank you Eric & Anna. BTW I have never heard back from the other local plumber that I left an urgent message for help.

I couldn't be more impressed with Precision Plumbing! They are always reliable, professional and ethical. I had a huge leak in my yard. They came out quickly with a team to handle it. Cole repaired the leak in the main line within a short time, and my yard is no longer a pond! Darren came out later to check the street meter for me, which turns out has its own leak that the town is digging up the road at this moment to repair. Darren even contacted the town of Discovery Bay to speak with them about the leaking meter. Precision Plumbing is hands down the best company to take care of matters efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. It's a good feeling to find a company to rely on that takes care of its customers. Thank you to Precision Plumbing for your hard work!
