Ken

Ken is a true artist, hard working and honest .

Ken has put in outside motion lights, replaced the door from my garage to my yard, and lubricated and repaired my casement windows. He does a great job and is reasonably priced.

Eric and Larry always show up on time and stay in communication. They bring in great work crews who are clean and respectful of property. We will be reaching out again when we have home improvement projects that need an expert touch.

What can i say about Ken. He is a dependable, honest, and very capable contractor and handyman. I have used Ken for about three years. He is my on call guy whenever there is a problem at the rental building we own in the city. Whether it is a simple snaking issue to clear drainage, to windows that need repair, or minor electrical or plumbing issues, I can always count on Ken to fix the problem in a timely manner and for a very fair price.

If i could give Ken 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend his service. He does everything with a great attitude and smile to boot.

I had a white picket fence that was in disrepair. I set up an appointment with Ken and he was punctual and responsive. He gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work. The quality of his work was impeccable. He was detailed, replaced all the pieces as needed and painted. He was careful not to spill or stain. The fence looks like new! Since then I use Ken for any handy work around the house. I highly recommend Ken!!

Great work! Ken is a craftsman. His bid was substantially lower than two other bids for the same job. He was flexible when needs changed mid-job. He was on time for all appointments. The beautiful work done on my parents' home by him and his crew went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Bay Handyman.

We had an excellent experience working with Larry and his team. He helped us address two Notices of Violation for our unit and was timely, thorough, and delivered high-quality work throughout the process. Just as importantly, he handled communication with our tenants diplomatically and professionally, which made a stressful situation feel manageable and collaborative.

He is highly responsive, thoughtful, and someone we trust deeply to do the right thing. Bad experience. Lincoln installed our Toto toilet a month or two ago ago which they were contracted for by Lowes-San Bruno (which themselves used a wholesaler, Wallace who shipped TWO previous toilets each of which arrived broken in pieces. . Nice guy BUT didn’t tighten the bolts enough and it rocked sideways. He came back promptly in a day, even on Sunday; it stopped. I thought “OK”, we all make mistakes BUT now we discover leaking because my long time plumber found it needed shins. BAD experience!
