I've been using Norman S. Wright for the last two years and they have been great to deal with. Donna S. and her team have done an amazing job of quick turnarounds on both quotes and getting equipment released and on its way, as well as providing updates along the way.

Been working with Norman Wright (Donna Standridge and Scott Young) for 20 plus years and it's always been a great experience! They understand the industry and the challenges we face. They are always there to support us with quality products and completive pricing in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Old man at receiving and will call needs to get retired..... very lazy and always looks mad to have to help someone and or get off his seat.... always on the internet surfing and not doing his job!

Quality of product is descent but customer service is not that great they taket too much time to answer sometimes

hours are 6am - 4pm. they don't post it on their website and it's wrong here! what's going on?

WHAT A COMPLETE FAIL. This company failed to order it product after WEEKS of BEGGING to order it. They still have our credit card information and the rep JOHN ADTKINS, was a complete waste of our time and our client’s time.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY IF THIS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR BUSINESS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR BRAND REP

I’ve been trying to order a part for 2 weeks now through John Adtkins. He has literally dropped the ball every day, and my clients are now furious at me for not getting them the part.

I WOULD NEVER TRUST HIM OR THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT REGARDING MY BUSINESS.

John completely wasted my time and my clients time.

This company is very slow at getting back to me via email and phone. I need pricing and availability for parts my customers really need and they don't get back to you for a few days.
Norman Wright and it's employees need to be more efficient and pro active. This is highly unprofessional.
