I am extremely satisfied with the entire process, from the start with the discussion of how solar works with Mr Baker to the completion of the solar materials. My sunrun monthly bill is completwly manageable compared to the SCE monthly bills that were almost impossible to afford, and I am helping the planet by using solar.

Mason, was very polite and explained all the details and helped me setup my autopay. The young men that installed my equipment where also very professonial and cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys.😊 happy camper

From the beginning I had some issues with the people they kept sending me they wouldn’t contact me back .I ened up with Joshua Monterrosa . Very thankful for him he explained to me step by step ,helped me From start to finish . I’m older and not that great with technology and I don’t like to ask anyone for favors or help but yet Joshua was there to help me and guide me . He went over and beyond his job tittle . WOW! Words can’t express my gratitude for the help I received from Jamie Martz. I’ve been looking for solar panels for awhile and have been approached by many companies, but no one felt right. Until, Jamie Martz! He was kind, nice and explained everything with ease. The entire process was a breeze from start to finish. Our Solar Consultant, Russell, Was great. Answered all our questions and explained how the leasing program works. Did not try and pressure us to sign anything but instead gave his thoughtful opinions. It was a pleasure meeting with him.

Even though the meter Install was a nightmare (cause of my old meter), the guys were very patient and nice and bearing with my anger (thanks Kenny and other guy that hated me).
Josh (burbank office) was especially awesome, even though he looks 18. :) he knows his stuff. He was patient and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would get on the phone and get one fast!

After a long wait getting our plans/design approved by the city, we finally got our installation date scheduled and completed. Still need to get another approval before we can flip the switch and start using this solar energy, but so far so good. Installers were neat, fast, and informative.

How unfortunate it is to read that for some Sunrun's customers had a bad experience Sunrun. However, that is NOT the case with me and friends that I had referred Sunrun for our solar needs, I am 100% sure that it is due to the excellent service that Sunrun's associate Phillip Weston had provided to me and friends. Since day one of our first appointment he was clear and true full of what it was our best option, up to this day he stills answer any question I have in regards to my solar system, from what forms do I need to file for tax credits up to any question in regards to my electric bill. Last December I got a 10dls check from the electric company as a surplus of energy produce from our solar panels, hey I know it is not much or perhaps it is nothing for some people but it is better to get something in return that nothing at all. My family and I are happy with the investment we did through Sunrun and to have Phillip Weston as our Solar Representative.

Sunrun representatives were involved in every step of the way. There wasn’t a day, when they were on my property, or when inspectors were on site without my consent.
I had full involvement every step of the way. The sales representative was professional, transparent and answered every question before I signed any agreement.
I was also given the opportunity to cancel my agreement within a set of days without any charges or issues.
The interested on my loan is lower than your average car loan which is awesome and makes it easy to pay off sooner.
My most recent energy bill was in the negative. We are very happy with our deal with Sunrun and their products.

Truly, Mr. Mosqueda
