Can’t say enough good things about Bill. He came out on short notice. Has all the correct tools and knowledge to work on any AC unit. He was able to adjust and existing AC unit so it would run properly. Had another unit on my house that needed some freon and he was able to fix the leak and fill up with freon for an exceptionally fair price. Definitely don’t hesitate to give him a call. He won’t leave till everything is fixed and working properly.

Billy is very knowledgeable and came out the same day and was able to fix an ongoing problem that other companies couldn't figure out. So glad to find a trustworthy company!

Bill Eddy owner of Critical HVAC, saved the day for me....literally. My AC stopped, I'm a senior with heart issues and it was 95 degrees inside my home at 10pm in the evening. He came to my rescue, got the ac up and running, was professional, efficient and reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am to have Bill come out and take care of my unit.  We are very happy with our experience with Critical Heating and Air! From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was great.
Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave, and I called them in a panic on a Friday afternoon. Bill was, at our house within a couple hours. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our unit without trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need.
Bill had the part in his truck, fixed it on the spot, and the price was extremely fair!
Honest, fast, fairly priced, and genuinely nice people. I highly recommend!!

Great A/C Service!
Just had my A/C serviced and I'm so super happy with how everything went. Billy was genuinely friendly, showed up on time, and got straight to work. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and didn't try to push any extra services at me.
He cleaned the unit and made sure it was running smoothly. Replaced a part for a reasonable price and even gave me a few tips.
You could tell he actually cared about doing customer service.
He made whole experience easy and I learned a lot. Definitely recommending them to anyone who needs A/C maintenance or repair!
