We have been using Genesis for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. Her crew is responsible, quick but careful, and very detail-oriented. Not to mention, honest. I have already recommended her to several friends who are equally as happy.

This cleaning service is top notch! If you are meticulous about cleanliness you won’t be disappointed. All of the cleaners are friendly and have a great attention to detail. i hired clearly clean & co to come deep clean my house. to be honest, i run a tight ship and keep my house dialed, but i wanted that extra deep cleaning feeling. anyways, they surpassed by expectations. they were so incredibly thorough and amazingly sweet that i hired them on the spot to come every 2 weeks !! my house feels so much cleaner. i’m blown away. i also loved how accommodating they were to my needs as my home is non toxic. 10/10 couldn’t recommend them more. very affordable and worth every penny and more….so happy that i found them !!

Genesis and her crew are simply outstanding! Firstly, she is a very bright entrepreneur, who takes her work very seriously. She also happens to be an extraordinary young woman who is always a pleasure to converse with. Her team is always cheerful, happy to say hello, never not moving - they are great! I try to return home to say hello to these lovely humans - when I cannot, I miss seeing them! My home is clean, organized and there is always something just a little special that they apply themselves to each visit. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I am exceptionally obsessive compulsive. I looked everywhere for someone I trusted to clean my house in the manner that I wanted. I have tried many services. I no longer need to look. I love Genesis and her helpers! They are responsible, thorough, fast, careful and consistent. Genesis has all of the insurance and licensing needed and I trust her implicitly. They do a superior job at amazing prices! I highly recommend them!

Disappointing overall. Setting up initial services was like pulling teeth. Slow to respond and poor follow-up. They came to my home on only two occasions. Between both visits they broke $100 worth of items.

The first time something was broken, they left broken glass on my floor and in a drawer, neglecting to notify me this had occurred. When I brought this to the owners attention (she was one of the cleaners on site that day) she stated, “oh, yeah, I meant to tell you.” Broken glass was left unknowingly on my floor which could’ve easily led to injury.

The second time, two keepsakes were broken within 10 minutes of being in my house. It feels as if they are more focused on going as quickly as possible rather than paying attention to what they are doing.

I understand things happen, but I’m not breaking things every time I clean my house.

Even more frustrating, the owner attempts to make excuses and provide explanations rather than just own the mistake.
