We used Kastle Kare at our home. We had another company and then we switched to Shane. He is FANTASTIC! He follows up, makes sure to check our dogs are ok when he's there and gives up thorough updates., we had ants and rats. All gone now thanks to Shane. Cannot recommend them enough

Kastle Kare is the company we use for all our critter problems. I used 2 other different companies then I switched to Kastle Kare and have been very happy with Shane's service and the professional way he takes care of those creepy bugs. Shane always calls me before he comes over and is careful not to let my dog out. I have not had any problems since he started taking care of my house. Thank you.

What could have been a horrible day was saved by Frank at Kastle Kare who promptly came out and did a gopher clean out in less than an hour! He'll be coming out monthly to keep those little devils at bay. Cheers to Frank and Kastle Kare!

Came very quickly after we called. Frank was super friendly and helpful when he showed up. Gave us ton of great advice on how to get rid of mice and rats in the house. At the end, NO BILL! He said if we can’t handle it call him back to set up for service. They just gained a new customer for life:) super stoked on these guys!!

I had a big problem with gophers and moles in my front and backyard. Tried taking care of myself with traps and all sorts of things I purchased at the local hardware store. Of course I failed. I called Kastle Kare. They came out and the problem was solved immediately!! Highly Recommended.

Kastle Kare is a very user friendly gopher and other pests eradication service! I am pleased and Frank Tamayo is a very helpful and personable young man!

Frank Tamayo provided quality service. He sprayed for spiders, ants, and general insects as well as removed spider webs. He also treated my gopher activity in my grass. Over all he was professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended.

Absolutely the worst service. Our 55 plus community was taken advantage of. Incomplete service as per told we would receive but did not get. Ruben our service technician never returned our calls or text messages nor did Perry, Jeremy, or Theresa. Aunts and spiders everywhere. Three weeks later, still aunts and spiders everywhere.
Is this elder abuse or what? You tell me.
